Prophetic Word – Why am I attracted to this?

This prophetic word is titled Why am I attracted to this?  This is a big prophetic word that we will see happening over the next 10 years, I believe!  This prophetic word speaks of things that are currently happening and things that are to come.  The question is one that you should ask yourself often and it can be asked in several different ways…

Why am I attracted to this?

Why am I attracted to this ministry?

Why am I attracted to this church?

Why am I attracted to this person?

Why am I attracted to this place?

You need to know the answer to this, for yourself.  Because will help this is going to make or break you.  Only you know the answer.

Who is this word for?  Everyone can benefit from some parts of it.  There are portions of this that will only affect those living in a developed nation and you will know for sure when you get that section.

The word is based on a dream.  Here’s the dream:

When the dream starts I’m walking inside this church.  It is not a Sunday but another day in the week and I am there to collect a check.  This tells me I either rendered service to this church, was an itinerant minister there or was part of a conference and I was paid for my involvement.  I was there to collect my check, so I feel it could be Monday during the daytime. My mood was upbeat and happy because I felt the conference went well.

As I was in the church they were having a party.  It felt like a long-time employee or church member was leaving either moving away or starting their own church or perhaps they were just retiring from the church as an employee.  At any rate, they were celebrating this person’s contribution to the church with a going away party.

When I dropped by I didn’t know there would be a party going but the Pastor’s wife (First Lady) came to greet me and told me to wait in one area she would let me know when the accountant was ready for me to come down and get the money.  She told me about the party then told me “go ahead and help yourself to food and drink”.  She had a lot of plastic surgery done. It was obvious she had botox, fillers, her lips were done.

As I looked around I saw these stations set up with drinks – wine, other alcoholic beverages as well as nonalcoholic beverages.  These were set up all over the church.  I was in shock because it felt like a night club.  In the dream it just felt completely different from the day before when we had the conference. It had the dim lights, smoke machines, different colored spotlights here and there.  It looked nothing like the church that I knew it to be.  This is what happens after hours.

The food that they sat around eating was not real food.  It was made to look like chicken except that it was some type of worm shaped like a chicken strip and they were all gobbling it up and offering it to me.  I said “no thank you, I’m fine” but internally I was appalled that they were eating this thing that we all knew wasn’t really chicken.  Everyone was doing it, including the pastor, his wife and pretty much all the people at the party.  I was shaking on the inside because I felt like I was someplace I wasn’t supposed to be, witnessing something I wasn’t supposed to see and I was smiling nervously trying to not make it obvious that I was totally against what they were doing.

They were very well dressed.  Looked like the hip, cool, in crowd.  Everyone was well groomed and all the men in the church were wearing suits.  Have you ever been to a professional business mixer, big city, happy hour type thing?  That’s how they were all dressed.  I sat near this door where I had to be buzzed in to see the accountant to get my money.  I was waiting because the person that was leaving/retiring was sitting with the accountant collecting their final check.

Once they got out I was buzzed in and escorted by this bodyguard through what looked like an undergound, darkly lit tunnels to get this money.  It felt like some underground, backdoor deal.  Shady. Not what you would expect from a church.  Again, I was surprised because I had no idea this is how they operated outside of the regular Sunday church.  It looked like a dungeon, a tunnel, a place you would walk through to go to some illegal fight club or dog fight.  The whole thing felt illegal. You could tell they were involved in something that was not legal because we had to walk through these tunnels to get to the accountant.  Again, as I was walking with guard to this accountant’s office I was shaken on the inside trying to figure out what they were involved in while using the church as a cover. When I was given the money it was actually handed to me on some kind of handheld device – bigger than a cell phone, but smaller than an Ipad.  The money was loaded into the device.

I took the device and said my goodbyes as they were still trying to entice me with the food and drinks.  I told them I had to leave because I have a flight to catch.  I remember thinking as I was leaving “oh my goodness, these people are so warped, compromised and operate just like the world except, obviously involved in some illegal activity”.  I couldn’t wait to get outside and it felt like I was escaping, and I was never going back there.

As I exited the building, the outside was one of those glass high-rise buildings.  Very ritzy.  High end in the middle of a cosmopolitan city – New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, big city feeling.  When I stepped outside onto the sidewalk a wind came by and blew what I was holding in both my hands out of my hands.  In my left hand I was holding a $60 bill it flew into the middle of the street, this is a busy street.  And the device loaded with the money I had in my right hand, that also got blown out of my hand and went flying down the sidewalk, hitting it several times as the wind carried it. When it finally hit the pavement and stopped it cracked.  I knew it was damaged and I knew I had to take it to get it repaired so that I could access the money off it.

I was left with a choice, do I go get the $60 from the middle of the road first and then go for the device?  Or do I get the device first and then go for the $60 bill after?

As I turn to look at the money in the road, I car went by and it flew from the middle of the road closer to the sidewalk on the opposite side of the road.  There was a man coming and he spot the money then he looked around saw me coming and knew it was mine so he picked it up and I could see that he was waiting for me to come so he could give it to me.  However, at the moment, one of those very large extender city buses goes by and so I had to wait for this bus to pass to cross the road.  This man realizing that it would take a while for the bus to pass decided to make a run for it with my money.  He had a change of heart and wanted to keep it for himself instead of give it back. As I wait anxiously on the bus to pass and realizing that now I have to chase him to get it, the bus goes by and I finally get a chance to cross.

Imagine the scene, I am running down the sidewalk chasing this man while screaming “stop that man he’s a thief, he’s a thief” we are darting in and out of people walking on the sidewalk.  There are sidewalk cafes and people eating outside at these bistro style tables and as I am running by I see them eating those same worm/fake chicken things at the restaurants.  All the restaurants were serving these worm looking meat.

At the same time this is happening, I am also seeing this man walking down the street over 6ft tall linebacker shoulders, narrow hips wearing a skintight mini dress with spaghetti straps, while trying to walk in 6 inch stilettos! I said trying because he was very wobbly and eventually gave up trying and just started walking on the side of the shoes, well basically on his foot with the strap around his ankle and the heel of the shoe off to the side when he realized he couldn’t walk in the heels.  You get the picture.

Meanwhile the thief now tries to disguise himself by changing clothes, like the movies, he starts peeling off his jacket as he’s running and gets rid of his baseball cap so that I couldn’t recognize him in a crowd.  He then runs into a restaurant and out the backdoor.  As I ran through the restaurant and out the backdoor I realized that he did “give me the slip” and I couldn’t see him anywhere.  So, he did get the money.  Sigh.

Now I stop running and start heading back to the church building walking on the sidewalk.  As I am going back to go pick up the device, because remember I left it to chase this man.  The thought crossed my mind that since I wasn’t there anyone walking by could see it and pick it up, kinda like finding money, and just walk away with it since no one was there to claim it.  I still had a couple city blocks to go before I got to the spot but I had this sinking feeling in my stomach that it wasn’t going to be there either when I got there.  Then I woke up.

Interpretation:

I have to tell you that when I woke up and I reflected on the entire dream I cried.  Thinking about the church and how compromised we already are and how much more compromised we will be.  The dream is a warning and I also believe some parts word of knowledge (meaning it already happened or you are currently going through it) and some parts prophetic (this is what you will see over the next 10 years and possibly even sooner).

There are so many different aspects here so I am going to break down each piece from the different angles as I see it.  If you are seeing another meaning, please share it in the comments below.

Let’s start with the title of the prophetic word….

Why am I attracted to this?

I was in the dream.  It was me.  I was in a church to collect money from a speaking engagement. In my spirit I was happy when I first entered the church building because in my mind the conference over the weekend was a success.  So the first question that came to my head when I woke up was Why am I attracted to a place like that?  Honestly, I think it had to do with how the people looked.  Professionally dressed.  Their personal dress style was my personal style. Have you ever walked into a place and the people there look like you?  You feel more relaxed and comfortable because you feel there is some commonality.  But the truth is that is as far as it went, the externals.

Generally, if you go to a church and the Pastor and his wife is well dressed you are going to notice that majority of the people in the church are also well dressed.  Well, at least on a Sunday the people in that church will be dressed up.

On the flip side if you go to a church that is jeans and T-shirt you will notice majority of the people who attend also wear Jeans and T-shirt on a Sunday, including the pastor.

We are attracted to people who look like us.  None of this gets you into heaven.  But for me, if I have one nice outfit, I am going to wear it on a Sunday to worship the Lord because if I’m not wearing it for Jesus then who am I saving it for? If I’m bringing my best praise, making my best offering, then I’m going to be wearing my best clothes for Jesus.  This is how I view it. I needed to examine why I was feeling so comfortable there in the first place.  I needed to answer this question for myself.

These people seeing how comfortable I was with them on Sunday, assumed that I was also going to be comfortable with what they were doing. They were inviting me to partake.  Not even hiding it.  Which means they thought I was going to be good with it.  Which I was not!  So both sides misread the situation.  Phew!

They looked like me because of how they were dressed but that is as far as it went.  I must say that the Pastor’s wife had a lot of plastic surgery.  It was very obvious, lip injections, cheeks – fillers, her face was pulled tight.  And you know what?  It’s ok.  You’re not hurting anyone by doing that.  Just as long as we are all aware that when the trumpet blasts and we all get caught up in the air to meet Jesus we are getting caught up looking like how he made us…

Every false eyelash will fall to the ground…

We’ll finally find out if it’s a toupee or a combover?

Michael Jackson will be caught up looking like he did when he was with the Jackson 5, afro and all.

And Lil Kim will look like she did when Biggie was alive! Sans wig, of course.  Yes, there are no wigs in heaven. LOL

Imelda Marcos will be barefooted as she gets caught up.  All those pairs of shoes will be useless on that Day.

All those beauty treatments Esther had?  Her Brazilian blowout will be transformed back into that Jewish curly hair!

We go up exactly how He created us.  Without all these things that we do to make ourselves look beautiful on this earth.  So do what gives you more confidence or makes you feel beautiful here on earth, as long as you know it ends here and we shouldn’t get so attached to that stuff so that it becomes our identity, because it is not.  You leave exactly as you came.

(Ecclesiastes 5:19,15)

    and as everyone comes, so they depart.”

What was really happening at the church

I was disturbed while I was there because I got to see beyond the externals.  What is happening outside of Sunday worship service.  The place looked like a nightclub.  There was heavy drinking going on there.

On a personal note, I don’t believe there is anything wrong with drinking alcohol.  Jesus’ first miracle was turning water into wine and we know He lived a sinless life.  So, if alcohol in itself was a sin, He wouldn’t have performed that miracle.  It is that simple.  However, we know that some people struggle with addiction; therefore, to have bar stations setup throughout the church was very inappropriate.  It felt like they were desecrating the temple.  It did not belong there.

Romans 14:13-23

Those of you who rent your church buildings or ministry buildings to the public or other ministries, please, please, please, you need to check in on what these people are doing in your buildings.  They could be engaged in all kinds of activities that you are completely unaware of and would be horrified if you found out.  Pop in while they are renting your facilities to make sure you are OK with what they are doing in your building.  Likewise, if you are renting space for your church be mindful of where you are renting.

Some people were attracted to this place because while they no longer visit nightclubs because they are saved, they can just go to this church that looks exactly like a nightclub and feel right at home. The only change they made was a change of location.

Others were attracted to this place because they were alcoholics, and since Jesus turned water into wine and this church openly serves wine there, they feel at home.  That is what they are attracted to.  They could remain being an alcoholic inside the church.

Eating food that wasn’t real

This part of the dream is prophetic.  You know we are getting ready to enter a food shortage.  There is going to be less food to go around for the world population and as such there are going to be many “new foods” that will be introduced.  Coined as “environmentally friendly”,”let’s save the planet” by eating this.  DON’T EAT IT!!  In the dream I was horrified that they thought this food was OK to eat.  They were worms that they tried to make look like chicken strips.  Companies are going to spend a lot of money to get celebrities, athletes and INFLUENTIAL PASTORS to convince you that “it tastes just like chicken”.  The marketing will be so convincing that this new type of food is so good for you while “going green” that you owe it to the world to eat this.  It will help with global warming and climate change. And, the church is going to fall for it.  Why?  Well, inability to crucify the flesh.  Their need for meat was so great that they convinced themselves it was OK.

Think of the story of Daniel 1…

⁸ But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way.

At least in the story of Daniel this was real meat.  What I am talking about here is not.

In the dream, I felt like my diet (nutrition) had been so drastically changed. I knew in the dream that I was vegan and this was not because I wanted to be but because I had to be as the food had been so compromised to the point that there was no real meat anywhere.  If you happened to have chickens or a cow you were considered rich. This is something that I knew in this dream.  We all knew it. So everyone was eating this worm made to look like chicken, but it was not and we all knew it.  It was well accepted worldwide and sold in restaurants everywhere.  It felt like there were so few things that were “safe to eat” in the world.  Supermarket shelves were filled but the food was different. Our entire food supply had become compromised that those who chose to keep themselves pure were reduced to eating…rice, vegetables and beans.  Lentils, cooked 50 million ways but still just… lentils. When I woke up from this dream and laid there thinking about it, I went into a vision where I saw people visiting other people’s homes and they would butcher their own chickens and cows.  This would be the only way some of you would end up eating meat because what was in the stores and restaurant wasn’t real or you couldn’t trust it.  That means we didn’t go out to eat as much as we used to anymore.

The food had become so corrupted, and majority of the people were eating it.  It was in the church. And then the church leaders would convince the congregants that it was OK to eat this.  And they all did. Daniel wasn’t allowed to eat anything else other than what God commanded him to eat.  Saints, those days are coming back!!!  You have to start preparing yourself now to disciple yourself to say no.  Crucify your flesh.

Now, It is one thing if there is a choice and you chose of your own freewill to eat something.  If you want to eat it, go ahead and eat it. However, the feeling I was getting from the dream is that this was a coordinated agenda.  The food supply was being destroyed on purpose and we were being herded like cattle to eat this.  Those worms.  On purpose.  They got rid of everything and basically said this is what you will eat. And then they went about marketing it and convincing the masses that they should eat it.  That is what was going on.  So in order for you to push back on this you would just not partake in it.  Your food would become very limited because they had modified just about everything with the chicken being just one of many items that was no longer safe.

So, some were attracted to this church because they thought it was ok to eat this.

It was a slow drip of switching out ingredients or items in the food supply and they will not tell us when they do it.  You need to pay attention to what you are eating.  They will be messing with the food supply. Even things that you have eaten your entire life.  Read the labels on everything.  Question everything.  Find out where the food is coming from.  You need to know. In their quest to “save the planet” they will start putting things in the food that will cause great harm to our health.  People are going to get sicker and sicker from the food. Initially they are going to tell us that they’ve done the research and it is safe to eat and provides all the nutrients our bodies need until years later it will come out that these things are making us sicker and we’ll die much younger because of the disease and inflammation in the body.

If you think about it, this will require you to become very disciplined in your diet.  Start making small changes now until it becomes a lifestyle for you.  This way when this day comes, and it’s coming, you won’t feel like you are switching it off suddenly because you already started making small changes.

Do you remember that dream I posted back in 2020 about the food that was changing people people’s DNA structures as they ate it?  You know back then, I looked at it with spiritual significance not realizing that the food in the dream was really talking about the food.  It was literal.  Here’s the dream again.

The accountant

The whole set up to collect the money from the accountant felt shady.  It felt like some backdoor, underground, illegal activity kind of set up.  You could tell the church was involved in some illegal activity.  That’s how it felt.  I also felt like they were being paid off by the government or some corporation to use their influence to get their congregants to be compliant on every level and with everything.  They were being paid to make sure the church felt comfortable eating this thing. And the money I was given was on a device.  In the dream this was a new thing for me.  It was a new type of currency.

The money 

This is another part of the dream that is prophetic.  Once I got outside the building there were 2 different forms of currency.  In my left hand I had a $60 bill – no such bill exists.  However, while it said $60 in the dream it felt like a $20.  So, it’s like what you usually paid $20 for, now costs $60.  To me this speaks of inflation of the US dollar.  This part of the dream will be true when the items you are buying are costing you 3 times what you would normally pay for them.  That is what I think it means.  It then provides a timeline for when this device will come on the market.

In the right hand is a device which held money.  This is a digital currency.  I believe it is going to be a new type of currency.  I don’t know how this is going to present itself but it is not going to be in the same form as cash.  It’s some type of electronic payment that you won’t be able to convert to cash because basically once you try to convert it to cash it will not have the same value.  So, $60 on the device can be spent as $60 but to buy $60 worth of goods in cash it would cost you $180.  Hope that makes sense.

This is how they are going to get people to get rid of the cash and use the digital currency instead.  They will make the cash of a lesser value so that no one will want to have cash.  Or you’ll get huge discounts on items when you use the digital currency.  Instead of paying $17,000 cash for a car you can buy it with the digital currency for $14,000.  This is how they will incentivize you to use it.  Then it will feel like they didn’t take the cash away, it was your decision to stop using cash.  The trick.  I think they’ve learnt from covid that if you push people too hard, they’ll push back even harder. So, I see them using a different strategy to get the people to buy in.

The problem is that they will have a problem convincing the church to make the switch as the church is going to view this as a set up for the mark of the beast.

Is this device and the digital currency the mark of the beast?

Based on this dream alone, no.  But as I thought about it more when I woke up this would be an easy switch to the mark of the beast.  Let me explain, if you have a device that is loaded with money and you can lose it, it can be stolen, or it is fragile to the point where it can be easily damaged, you are just one step away from them suggesting that they replace the device with a chip that they will just insert in your right hand.  Never to be lost, stolen or damaged again.  It is not a far leap.  Therefore, the church is going to push back on it because they’ll realize you’re one step away from the mark of the beast.  They will get a fight from the church on this.  For sure!

Revelation 13:16-17

¹⁶ He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. ¹⁷ And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name. 

You cannot buy or sell anything without it.  Therefore, it is a type of currency.

They are going to use the church influencers – pastors, prophets, singers, movie stars, athletes to convince YOU to take it.  They will PAY these people to convince you that this is ok.  In the dream it felt like I never had this device before.  I had the cash but the device I got from the church.  Just imagine you go to get paid and they give you the money on this device.  What are you going to say? At that point, I just wanted to get out of there without creating any waves.  Internally I was scared because I felt like they could physically hurt me if they realized I was not in agreement with the things they were doing. I was just smiling nervously and praying I could get out of there as fast as possible. My introduction to this device was through the church.

Revelation 14:9-12

“Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts his mark on the forehead or on the hand ¹⁰ must drink the wine of God’s anger. It has been poured full strength into God’s cup of wrath. And they will be tormented with fire and burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and the Lamb. ¹¹ The smoke of their torment will rise forever and ever, and they will have no relief day or night, for they have worshiped the beast and his statue and have accepted the mark of his name.”

¹² This means that God’s holy people must endure persecution patiently, obeying his commands and maintaining their faith in Jesus.

I want to make sure that I am very clear, that you cannot go to heaven if you receive the mark.  That will be it for you.

The realization came to me after this dream that there will be “churches” filled with people who have the mark of the beast that will convince themselves that the ones who don’t have it are being too judgmental and are wrong to think they are going to hell.  You know how the Jews are still waiting for the first coming of the Messiah but He already came?  Well, they would’ve already taken the mark of the beast and convinced themselves that they didn’t and they are still poised to make sure they don’t do it when it happens.  Like that, completely deceived!  Even though the bible makes it clear what we should look for to know if it is or isn’t.

It would be like you walking up to them saying:

Is it in your right hand?

Yes.

Do you need it to buy and sell?

Yes.

So where am I losing you?

And, they are all going to congregate in a place with a label “church”.  Why?  Because they will all the attracted to that place because all of them have the mark of the beast. That is what they are attracted to.

They will be convinced to take it because their “pastor” said it was OK.  Read your bible.

The wind

I believe that wind that came around the corner as soon as I left that church was the Holy Spirit. The point was to blow that money out of my hand.  The reasoning behind this is that money forms covenant.  Did you know that?  Every time there is some betrayal or ungodly tie in the bible there is always money involved.

While at the time when I had the speaking engagement with this church I didn’t realize they were like this, when I went there to get the money I knew.  The Lord didn’t want me taking that money from them because money forms covenant.

God doesn’t want me forming any kind of covenant with these people, so He had to blow that money out of my hand.  It doesn’t matter that I earned that money, I wasn’t allowed to take it.

If you think about it, in the end I got nothing from them.  The device was broken and then was stolen because I left it on the sidewalk and the $60 flew away across the street and got stolen.  No money was supposed to change hands with those people.  I don’t believe they gave me the cash.  I think that was just in the dream to give me a timeline on when this would happen based on the inflation of the cash.

God just brought me in there to see what was really going on and I was to leave and never look back.  This was the point.  Have you ever had an instance where God told you to do something, and it never worked out?  Then you’re left thinking “God told me to go there, why did this happen?” Yeah.  That has happened to me before.  The point of it is that there was something that I needed to learn and the only way I was going to learn it was by going through the process of doing what He told me to do.  That’s what I think happened here.  He needed me to see what was going on in that church.  Knowing myself, I wouldn’t attend a church like that because as soon as I suspected something was afoot, I would be out of there.

The man who stole the money

I believe this man is a Christian.  I say this because his initial thought was to do the right thing and give the money back.  But due to the delay in me cross the street, he changed his mind.  You know when things start going bad, I believe some people will start off good but as time goes along, they’ll just start looking more and more like their environment.  It takes a strong person to stand, and stand, and stand, and stand, especially when they don’t know when the change is coming.

I believe he is a Christian because he took the cash.  Like I said, I think the people who will hang on to the cash will be the Christians.  Perhaps if it was the device the flew across the road, he would give it back…but this was the cash.  And if the cash itself starts going away from our society there’s going to be a group that will hang on to it, even with the inflation.  It is untraceable and untrackable.  No one knows what you buy with your cash.  No data is being collected on that.  But with that device…they will know everything about you and can turn it off at the flip of a switch.

I believe he’s a Christian because again due to the delays and while he was running away, he was slowly changing out of his clothes (Christlike character) into other clothes so that he was blending in with society.

This is sad but I think it will happen to some.

Matthew 24:10-14

¹⁰ At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, ¹¹ and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. ¹² Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, ¹³ but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. ¹⁴ And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

The state of the church

This church looked just like the world.  Instead of changing the environment it blended into it.  It looked just like the world and the leaders in the church were leading the congregation astray.

What was attracting people to this church?

• The people within it were dressed like the people who attended the church.
• The people in it had a drinking problem but found a place where they could hide and do it under a church covering.
• The people in it loved the party nightclub lifestyle and this church gave them that feeling so it felt like home for them.
• The people in it were eating just like the world and this was not spiritual food it was actual food because the restaurants were serving the same thing.
• The people in it were involved in some illegal activities so those who attend felt welcomed because they knew they wouldn’t be judged for their own shady illegal activities.
• They were in the middle of a cosmopolitan city and never had the impact to change the people in their community – thieves and LGBTQ.
• They blended into their environment instead of standing out and being set apart for Christ.  They went along with society and therefore became ineffective.  Soulish and worldly in everything they did.
• They could easily be influenced to take the mark of the beast because they all just did what the pastor told them to do and had no concept of what the bible says is right and wrong.

We need to grow up.

Christianity is not comfortable.  Growth and change is not comfortable so if every now and then your pastor is not preaching a message that stretches you and causes you to think about your life or calls you to repentance, then something is wrong.  It means you’re only hearing the parts of the bible that makes you feel good but there are large sections not being preached. And, that should bother you.

Sometimes you should be straight up OFFENDED!  Why?  Because Jesus was offensive.  Why do you think they wanted to kill Him?

John 6:60-69

⁶⁰ On hearing it, many of his disciples said, “This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it?”

⁶¹ Aware that his disciples were grumbling about this, Jesus said to them, “Does this offend you? ⁶² Then what if you see the Son of Man ascend to where he was before! ⁶³ The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit^[e] and life. ⁶⁴ Yet there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray him. ⁶⁵ He went on to say, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled them.”

⁶⁶ From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.

⁶⁷ “You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.

⁶⁸ Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. ⁶⁹ We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”

Anytime you come against the world, it’s offensive.  Why do you think they are trying so hard to silence us?  Because they are offended. How dare you say that ______ is wrong??? If you’re paying attention the list of options that can fill in that blank is getting longer and longer each year. The Bible is very offensive.

When you get offended at church go home, grab your bible, pray and ask God why is this bothering me?  You just might find out it’s because it’s true and you need to change.

James 3:12

My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

We can’t just go to church, get goosebumps and then go home and be the same.  Year after year. We can’t just be flying to every Christian conference all over the globe and then go home and be the same.  Year after year. No fruit is being produced.

The bible is clear that we will face persecution and if you believe we are in the end times then you should expect to have to face some things that are not pleasant.  You may have to lose your job.  You may need to lose some friends.  You may have to change a lot of things to continue walking with the Lord.  Start preparing your heart to stand and prepare your children too.

Spiritual. Physical. Emotional. Mental.
