Prophetic Word for August 2019 – Tammuz 5779
This is the prophetic word for August 2019 also Tammuz 5779 on the Hebraic Calendar.
This word is from an encounter I had with the Lord as I was in prayer and it has 2 different applications. You will know which one relates to you after you read it. This word may not apply to all of you but you’re going to know as soon as you read it if it does.
As I was in prayer the Lord came and sat down beside me. He put His hand in his pocket (the side of his robe) and when He pulls our His hand He has fire in His palm. I stretched out my hand because I thought He was going to hand it to me but He didn’t. Instead He lifted His other hand and transferred the flame into the other hand. Then He transfers the flame back to the original hand. He kept going back and forth and back and forth moving faster and faster each time. The He takes His hand and put the flame back into His pocket.
When He pulled His hand out this time there is a block of ice (larger than an ice cube) in the palm of His hand and then He starts transferring the block of ice back and forth and back and forth between His hands. Then He puts the ice back in His pocket and gets up and walks away.
There are times when God will show something and I have to ask “what does this mean?” and it may take, weeks, months even years to get the full interpretation. Then there are times when no words are exchanged between us and I just come into instant knowledge, wisdom and revelation just from being in His presence.
Well, this time I instantly knew what He was saying.
Here are the 2 applications of this word. Here is the first one:
To the Church in Laodicea
“To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.”
This scripture was written to the church (Christians not unbelievers) and what God is saying is that we have become so lukewarm in our approach to Him to His righteousness.
We’ve taken this whole grace thing overboard to the point where we are accepting sin, sinful lifestyles, attitudes and behaviors with no regard for the holiness of God. And then calling those who come against the sin judgemental.
It needs to stop.
We can’t surround ourselves with believers who are endorsing the sin, lathering ourselves with grace and continuing to live in it. Day in and day out.
You need to make a choice. If it is sin call it sin. You can still love people but don’t ever open your mouth and agree with their sin. If it is your church leaders and you love them, don’t ever open your mouth and agree with their sin.
Also, don’t disagree or come against anyone who openly rebukes them because you never know if God sent them to do it. It doesn’t matter if the janitor rebukes the pastor. God is using some very unusual things and people to expose the unrighteousness.
If you read your bible, you know what sin is. It doesn’t matter how many degrees or titles your church leader, or you, may have. The sin is still the sin.
Quickly agree with God (Job 22:21-25). Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft (1 Samuel 15:23). When you call the sin righteousness, then you are rebelling against God and therefore operating in witchcraft.
It needs to stop.
Psalm 1 New International Version (NIV)
1 Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.
4 Not so the wicked!
They are like chaff
that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.
So if you are currently in this situation or perhaps you will be shortly you need to decide whose side are you taking? Your pastor of God? Your best friend or God? Your bishop or God? Your job or God? You can love them but your can’t side with it.
Heed the warning.
The 2nd application of the word is for those of you who are waiting for a breakthrough while trying to discern the way in which God is leading. I’m going to use some real world practical example for this one.
Let’s say your marriage is in trouble and you are looking for it to be restored. You can’t be praying for the restoration of your marriage and then bashing your spouse with your family members. The two things are in conflict – fire and ice. Your words release power into the spiritual atmosphere so you are either activating angels or demons. This causes total confusion in the spirit realm.
Let’s say you are being led to move and you are looking for housing and a job in New York and California. Well, which is it? These two places are very far from each other. There are territorial angels at work in this move (Daniel 10). If you are confused, the angels are confused as well. You need to make a decision on which state and then move forward in prayer.
Let’s say you are looking for a job and there is one in particular that you want for sure. The minute you determine that is the job for you, stay the course. You can’t say “Yes, this is it” then 5 minutes later you are sending out resumes for other jobs. Do you want the job or not? Fire and ice.
Let’s say you are single and there’s someone in your life and you’re not sure if this is your spouse. Clear that with God as soon as possible. Make sure you clear it BEFORE you start having feelings for them. Otherwise, what you have going on is may be witchcraft because you may start imposing your will and desires over another persons will and the will of God.
God is not the one who shows up to answer your prayers every time. You may pray come Lord Jesus come but most of the time He’s sending out angels. There are many many stories in the bible when the answers came by angels – Mary, Joseph, John, many…
Angels are not omnipresent beings. This means they can only be in one place at a time. So you need to know what you want and when you pray ask for exactly what you want and do not waiver back and forth. If you waiver it means you are not sure, if you’re not sure then your angels aren’t sure either. They are not going to operate outside of your will or the will of the Father. So they are basically sitting around waiting for you to make a decision and remain consistent. Remember after the Lord revealed the birth and purpose of John the Baptist to his father, Zacarias, the angel made him mute until the child was born, why? Because even though the angel told him he was still speaking in unbelief. (Luke 1)
You cannot release a negative confession and expect a positive outcome. Align your speech with your promise.
Some of you are genuinely confused. You want to do the will of God but you are not sure what it is. Here’s how you find this out so you can move forward with certainty.
1. Prophetic words are great but they are not enough to give you definitive answers because most of the words are general. So in the end you end up questioning whether the word was for you or not. You need something specific for YOU.
2. Personal prophetic words. This could be a tricky and dangerous one because in the end you are taking someone else’s instructions on your own life. What if they are wrong? You’re going to end up still questioning this. Especially if you hit a speed bump along the way.
So what do you do? Go to the Source! God Himself. When you hear it straight from God Himself you are less likely to waiver because God said so!
This however will take time and diligently seeking God for an answer. It is the ONLY way to be sure.
God speaks to everyone of us. This is not just for prophetic people.
So, here’s how you get your own personal prophetic word form the Lord:
1. Let go of the outcome. Sometimes we can become so invested in things turning out a certain way that even when God is trying to steer us in another direction we can’t see it, or we don’t want to. To clearly hear His will you need to give up on the outcome. Put it down at the foot of the cross and let Jesus tell you if you can pick it up again or it He wants you to leave it there and walk away.
2. Seeking intimacy with God. Step 1 <—this is where you start.
3. Record all of your dreams and visions, you are better off having someone help you interpret your own dreams because they are interpreting what God is showing you.
4. Just pray to ask for which way is from Him. This is a powerful prayer that will help you.
5. Write down what He says. write it down, write it down, write it down. Dates, time, how He spoke. Write it down. You have to be able to go back and say this is what God said, this is when He said it, and this is how He said it. If you don’t have that, you have nothing to hold on to.
6. Once you get your answer stay the course. If the decision is New York, then New York it is. If California comes calling tomorrow, you need to ignore it because God said New York. No more back and forth, fire and ice. Stay the course.
Indecision, whether you are using the 1 st application or the 2nd application leads to no decision which means you are going nowhere.
If you’ve been reading our prophetic words for awhile, I’m sure you now know they are not for the lazy Christian but for the ones who truly want to know Jesus and draw closer to Him. You will need to do your part.
Hebraic Month of Tammuz
I’m not going to say too much about this. You can read in details about this month from what was written in the past Tammuz. And here is another one What I will say is that it is a narrow month. There is a course and a way in which you must take. The gate is narrow, hence you have to make a decision. Once you follow through it will lead you into a spacious place.
I pray you got something out of this. If you have a different revelation on the fire and ice, please share it below.
