This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

Hallelujah! This fast has been very effective! Thank You for your guidance and every resource that you supplied. The JOY assignment was definitely a bonus for me. God has showed me ME on this week!!! My prayers & prayer language has went to another level. Hallelujah! I have gotten some REST on this week. The music gave me so much calmness & a sense of peace! Hallelujah! I have started to dream again, HALLELUJAH! I have learned so much in these 7 days. I must go a little longer. God spoke to me in mid week telling me I would be going pass 7 days. Hallelujah! Hello This Fast was definitely a life changing process. The growth this is taken an is taking in my life and the lives of my family is phenomenal. We are already seeing God’s hand move in our lives in 2021. From the Scriptures, Prayers and music how could you not be changed. I pray for the continued blessings for all involved in creating such a powerful time with God. My word for the year is Discipline this fast was one step in the journey to Complete Wholeness this year. May the peace of God be with you all.

Hi Everyone
This is the first fast I have done with this ministry (found it on google). I have been sick from covid and asthma. I also have a shoulder injury. With that being said I could only fast morning breakfast bc of my meds. I have had the best time in the Lord these last 10 days. The best day for me was praying for people I did not know. I had no idea the freedom you receive from praying for others. It was every emotional and spiritual as I myself have had similar issues. I know God used me to pray for them not just for them but me. Gods word for me this week has been
RESTORE:

Our families, marriages, friends, and people we don’t know most of all SELF.
The JOY: Jesus, Others, You
Help me see how Jesus thinks and who God is.
Others is such a hard one for all of us. I love that God has me where he wants me.
I thank God for you all I am not finished with yesterday but I will be. I can’t wait to be with you all again in the Lord. Or the next Bible reading. I’m happy to be apart of this family.
I am truly grateful for this ministry and the fast that was offered. As I did each day I could feel my spirit becoming freer and lighter. I have so much joy and laughter when I would just have worries and fears. I thought something was wrong to feel this way but I needed it. I am grateful for the potential that will be coming forth and I am excited for what will take place. I am grateful for meeting with the Father and spending time (wanting to) and getting back familiar with his voice. I didn’t have to many dreams or visions but I know that they are coming. Had to get back on track and this fast truly did that for me. Thank you so much for this opportunity.
I am truly grateful for this ministry and being able to do the fast. As I did each day, I could feel the weights in my Spirit being broken off. I felt lighter, freer, and it became easier to talk to the Lord because I just wanted to. I wanted to get up and see what my Father was saying and we would spend hours together; really happy about that. I didn’t have to many dreams or visions (they are coming though) because I had to get back on track on hearing the voice of my Father. I am excited to see the potential that will produce. God is good and I thank Him for giving me opportunity to participate in this Fast and can’t wait for the next. I felt the Holy Spirit throughout the fast and need Him to work through me in 2021. I thank God for this fast, my spiritual and prayer life got stirred up. I felt being reconnected with God once more again.
2021 Fast
I have a 34-year relationship with the Lord. Nothing that I read the past week was new to me. However, I committed to do the fast and decided I will do so fully and even go through ‘old stuff’.
Well, our life with the Lord is as plant growth at the bottom of a healthy pond. At times, He stirs these plants, which releases oxygen trapped in them. This causes bubbles to rise to the top of the pond releasing oxygen. This further makes space for the oxygen that was trapped behind the first bubbles, to come into place ready for the next stirring. A whole lot of my waiting bubbles came up and released new life and vigour as the Lord stirred the pond through this fast.
We ought to go through similar fasts every time we transition to a new season. Our lives are multi-layered instruments of glory to the Lord, and as long as we stay close and obey, our oxygen will never die out but be released into the world.
I most certainly do celebrate all the Lord has done this week and will do this year. I concur with what you said that 2021 would not be easy, as the Lord showed me the same thing. However, the Lord never promised us an easy life. He promised his Presence, his Life and his Light. We do not need anything else.
My book is going to the printers next week, but I want to send you one vision that I shared in it and send it to you as my seed that I am sowing. I was thinking about sending it throughout the week but today while watching the tree video, I knew that I have to send it. It is quite long so I will not add it to this comment box but email it to you. Let the Lord do with it through you as He wills.

God has truly used this fasting period to instill the spirit of disciple in my life … May God give the official the grace to continue this good work. Indeed this platform have touched my life in tremendous way.

I am thankful for this 7 days prayer and fasting. I am bleesing and during these days I felt real presence of God im my life. Most of question that I had in my mind were answered. Also I had goos news I was looking for an apprenticeship in a Chimical Engineering area and on Tuesday I received an invitation from University Centre of Leeds for a webinar and there is a possibility in start doing this in September. If you can pray about this I will thank you. About day 6 I will need afew more days to finish, so please continue praying for me.
I hope that God will continue to bless all of us and give the wisdom to continue his work.
Firstly, glory to God for allowing us to participate in this 2021 7 days fast. Deep down I’m kind of sad it’s the last day as every day I would wake up so excited to receive an email for the day.
Saturday was definitely the most taxing day but the most rewarding as well.
I pray to the Lord for every single person who participated in this fast to fulfill their God-given mandate. Amen.
During this 7days fast, I had dreams and visions about my healing, deliverance and other requests answered. I have been blessed and feel good within my body and joyful. Glory be to God!!
