This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

All the worship & instrumental songs were on point. They were refreshing, peaceful & calming. Helped to shut out all the distractions.
I woke up this morning with thoughts of guilt, regret & even shame because I allowed distractions to get in the way of the fast Friday & yesterday. I repented and this morning put a song in my spirit which He washed me with his healing power.
Song: Great is they faithfulness, morning by morning new mercies I see. All I have needed the hand have provided. Great is they faithfulness, dear Lord unto me.
He reminded me when I repented, I was forgiven immediately & to shut the enemies mouth. All morning I kept singing this song. Ptl!
The set up of this fast made it so successful. Each day was purposeful and brought freedom. The instruction for communion, anointing, prayers, music, dreams and visions as well as the daily task helped to give structure and was in an order designed to bring revelation, deliverance and freedom to walk into the new. I also appreciated the team working in the background that were praying, discipling and interpreting. I am very grateful for a community of believes that has taken the time to do this for complete strangers! True blessing. Praying that each one would be blessed 100 fold!
May God Bless you over and above your heart desires, for your love & obedience to call us unto this amazing face. This fast has been hard, sometimes painful & difficult. The attacks have been vicious, but God is amazing. The healing has been awesome & liberating. My husband & I are doing the fast together. We didn’t finish day 6, it’s ok, the Lord let us know to continue the fast until we’re done. In support of my husband we’ve decided to sign up for the discipleship class, we can both use a refreshing. Only God!
2020 was a tough, rough, painful year. Yet, we are still blessed and by God’s grace we’re hear in 2021! My husband & I both were critically ill last year in and out of hospitals, we were both at death doors twice, But God in his sovereign Grace and mercy spared us for such a time as time.
I love everything about this fast. Reigniting my love for the Lord, a new hunger to obey Him, Love Him a fresh fire to do His will and His will only.
To God be the glory in Jesus name.

Thank you so much for this Daniel fast. It was indeed a life transforming experience for me.
As i approached the new year, i set my mind to start fasting at the beginning of the year. As i was surfing on the internet, i saw the article on the MOP Daniel fast – and i said to myself this is it (divine encounter)
I was able to recommit myself to Jesus Christ. I learnt a lot of new things which i had never known during my time as a christian.
More importantly i feel energized to push ahead with my spiritual walk, with clarity, a new purpose and focus.
2021 can only be a fruitful year in all regards.
Praise the Lord for evermore.
This fast and bible study was very fullfilling, God showed me his Truth in his Word. Habbakuk 2,3 is the Word I accepted for this Season. Thank you for your hard work of preparing this plan.

The fast was amazing for clarity, I neded a junpstart and this is perfect for that! I did not get dreams or visions but did get a promise confimed and I am hanging on to it and beliebing God will come through!!!

Today as I sit here I realize I did not fully complete all that I started,but ask that as I continue,you will continue to keep me in prayer that I will get stronger in knowing Gods Purpose for my life that I may be a blessing to others. Will continue to study this. Thank You for sharing with me.
All I keep saying is ‘wow’ in what I see the Lord doing in so many life’s. At first there was so many distractions not just going into the fast but every day life the Lord showed me how there were distractions that kept me from fully focusing on the Lord too.
Then the Lord spoke to me about obedience. And then fear that crept up. As I worshiped before the Lord each song or word spoken would speak to me in the now moment. So much more the Lord is speaking about staying in His presence.

I have learnt how to pray and what to day when am fasting make it beneficial for my growth.

This has been a phenomenal life changing experience. I try to fast on a regular basis but this was the ultimate fast for me. I received so much clarity and Just sitting in the presence of the Lord through the music that the ministry provided open up my eyes and my spirit to see all that God has for me.
I am humbled and forever grateful for what the Lord has done and for this ministry. Isaiah 11:2 is my portion. So excited about my 2021 potential and for all those that participated in this fast. I thank the Lord for leading me to MOP. Since last year I was already fasting esp in December but I was still in bondage in sin especially soul ties and a bad habit of smoking. I was researching about fasting because I truly felt lead to it until I came to MOP. I am truly grateful especially yesterday, about deliverance, because even without physical manifestations automatically I stopped thinking about the soul tied-person I was with. Thank you so much for your prayers and your leadership in helping us in recommitting our life to Jesus Christ as well as in helping us in deliverance from the bondage of sin. I am still lead to do the fast after today but your ministry has truly helped me. Praise be to God!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for your obedience to lead this fast providing scripture, strategy, and prayer. I have been in a limbo of sorts (so I thought) since my family and I moved back to our hometown after being away got twelve years. We’ve been back a year and a half. That time has been filled with uncertainty and constantly being between the next thing; job, home, health, ministry…
The stress of my job (teaching) has been overwhelming in time and energy and I’ve wondered if my time is up. In the midst of this pandemic, like most people, my family and I have been negatively affected, but God is faithful and full of favor and I’m so grateful for that.
This fast has given me the push I needed first in for most to be free from lies. Boredom has been my excuse for watching and listening to things I shouldn’t have which opened up avenues for the enemy.
My fervor in biblestudy and prayer was down and I was just going through the motions…ritualistic…
This call to fast, especially the post about your dream about the trees was so spot on, I knew it was my call to answer now. This fast is preparing me for the “next”. Still don’t know what it is, but now, I’m not anxious. I have tools (thank you) for delving in deeper in the mind and heart of Christ with the Holy
Spirit without the clinging lies and unseen spirits damaging roots.

✋🏿For a couple years now I felt that I was dry in spirit although I am doing the things that I am supposed to do but yet felt something is missing in the spiritual realm. So the first day I prayed for a 🔥refill of the Holy Spirit🔥
Throughout the fast I discovered several hindrances that blocking my blessings so I laid them down and I renounced and asked the Lord for total deliverance. Day 6th 🤦🏾♀️, was the toughest one. I had to dealt with the generational curses and familiar spirits to end it right there. Being diabetic with the help of the Holy Spirit the flesh had to be crucified to hold on. Overall I am refreshed and pray the same for everyone.

and increases strength to the weary. ✋🏿✋🏿I decree and declare complete healing body mind and spirit to embark with boldness what God is about to do in my life and to all of you this year of 2021.🔥

This was my second year participating in the fast and once again, I am so grateful. The Lord dealt with a few things within me that I knew were there but I was too afraid to bring before him. I feel so connected to God and I know that all the plans He has for me this year have a big Yes and Amen on them.
