This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

Unless you must, please consider shutting it all down for the week.

I praise God for being with me during the fast. It was really an experience. I went through the fasting well. My body just adopted to the fast. As I went through the daily emails and read through and did the instructions and prayed, I felt calmness and strength. I can’t wait for my next fast. I have joined the discipleship classes as I need to stay closer to God. Thank you for all your guidance this week and God continue to bless you.

Thank u so much for this fast. It was an eye opener for me. L was guided in prayer in such great revelation. L could understand the word with more clarity and pray with more intent than before. I Thank God for this fast. The daily instructions and the music was awesome. I fast every month but this time learned new ways on how I can pray during my fast and I will keep and continue to revisit the emails to grow even closer to God. There was a strange thing during this fast, I normally have many dreams every night and can recall them. I couldn’t recall any of my dreams nor do I remember if I even had any this week. I I wanted to email them for interpretation. I wrote on my list for the gift of interpretation because I have so many a night. I appreciate this ministry and I pray that God continue to use you. This job is not easy and I pray that God continues to give you the grace to do His work. Thank you.
This Fast was just what I needed to get out of the Spirtual Wilderness I had been in all of 2020 ! I feel so refreshed and delivered from depression and just lack of Faith ! I look forward to seeing what God has in store for the Body of Christ this year in 2021 !!!!

I just thank God . This time has truly been a blessing to me. I have entered into a new level of faith. I have released all of my old things and stand in gratitude for the things to come. I feel closer to the Father Son and Holy Spirit than ever before. I just want more nothing else can satisfy me. I love and desire to surrender all . May God continue to bless you all. This was indeed a “Come Up Higher” call Fast from the Most High where I was able to cry out Woe is me instead of woe unto thee! There are times when God shows us people and there are times when He shows us ourselves; there are times when He instructs us to breakthrough others first and there are times when He, The Breaker, breaks through for us on a higher level. During the Fast I also received revelations of this to come and past dreams that the enemy had stolen were also restored to me.
Of note I must also mention that this is the very first Fast that I have been on in 30-odd years, for I began Fasting from my latter teens, that I never felt the pangs of hunger, gas pains or otherwise… This was not a battle in the body Fast but I was taken on a higher plain, for the battle in the spiritual realm was so intense that there were times the Lord told me to sleep.
Giving thanks to and for MOP, but all the glory belongs to THE KING OF GLORY, THE LORD STRONG AND MIGHTY IN BATTLE, who is THE BREAKER, breaking through the gates of the enemy and removing it and has led His children and their possessions out. (Micah 2:13; 2 Sam. 5:20)
This fast was most definitely different, my word for 2020 is SEEK the Lord, and everything you said and music, communion was so anointed and fresh. I will be continuing fasting with my church for 2 more weeks. I will be going back over and repeating your outline. God bless you for being a blessing to the body of Christ and anointed.
The fast was spiritually nourishing and edifying . Thanks be to . God I was recommitted to genuine Christian life despite demands of the flesh. My life is now reconnected to a life of love and true Christian worship anchored on scriptures . I sincerely believe and trust that the end of the seven days fast is the beginning of a new life in Christ that has launched me into 2020. This is the first fast that I ever participated in I have tried fasting on my own. But this fast exactly what I needed in my life right now. I feel closer to god which is something I have been looking for always. Thank you for all the guidance throughout this week.
Thank you for guiding and leading the fast. It was a true eye opener and revealed lies i was believing. It revealed ways i was wasting time and not connecting with God, it revealed truth about my finances and procrastination.
