This is a one week fast for 2024. The fast begins 5 Days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast begins 5 Days after you sign up. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams on the dreams forum for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2024, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best past, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

- Radio
- News/Media
Unless you must, please consider shutting it all down for the week.

May God bless you brethren richly for organising this. I have never experienced this kind fasting before with so much evidence with the dreams and manisfestation of demonic attack been obvious. It helps me know that there are forces attacking me and do not want me to rise and fulfil my God given purpose in life.

Hi Peggy, No the fast is only one week. We did have a email server issue and some people who thought they registered were not on the list. However, those who contacted us up until the 3rd day were still able to successfully join. You should’ve said something by the end of the first day once you realized you didn’t receive any emails. You’ll have to wait until next year to join us again. Sorry about that. Blessings

My church has been studying about fasting (fasting is needing to hear from God) and they have different types. Listed are a few below and the meanings and where you can find them in the Word of God.
Normal fast- abstaining from all food, but not water – Daniel 10:3
Partial fast- not total abstinence from food and water – Daniel 1:12
Absolute fast- abstaining from both food and water Esther 4:13-16
Private fast- a secret fast between you and God Mathew 6:16-18
Congregational fast- includes the entire congregation Joel 2:12-17
Sexual fast – married couples abstaining from sex 1Corinthians 7:3-5
I wrote my Prayer List on the 3rd at 4:09am, at #1 was something that I’d been praying about for a few weeks, by 10:20pm that very day the Lord answered and removed the obstacle.
Hi Kem, we have no doctors working for this ministry so I’m sorry we’re not able to give you medical advice.
I completely understand. My concern was more on the spiritual side, not the medical. I wasn’t sure if the fast would broken in that situation.
I had also asked about caffeine as I was trying to do research on fasting and wanted to know if green tea was okay as a liquid to consume during the fast.
But, as I am writing this. This all sounds legalistic. It is the heart that matters, so I will go forward doing my best. Thank you for the opportunity to corporately fast.

Hello Anon, you can use whatever you have available.
If you feel the Lord is asking you to do that, then you should do it. If you have any health issues you should consult your doctor before taking this on. Also, if you are going to do just water you need to have little physical activity as possible.

The presence of the Lord was very apparent during the Lord. I had an angelic encounter at the beginning of the fast. I experienced changes within my family and revelation into future steps. I had a dream interpreted that shed much light into that. Thank you again for taking the time to walk along side people in order to bring life and freedom!
After partcipating in this prayer and fast week, I want to submit my praise report and just thank God Almighty for my answered prayer. I was trusting him for a job and help with control over my finances. This week I was called with a job offer in a series of miraculous events that could only have been of Him. I thank everyone who prayed with me on this journey but most of all I thank the Lord almighty – my father, my provider, my redeemer for His love and everlasting faithfulness! My God is able!!!
I feel overwhelmed by our faithful and loving God that invited me to join the fast. It was my first Daniel fast and I praise the Lord with a thankful and joyful heart. This 7 day journey prepared me to courageously prevail (to have strength, to be strong, accomplish your purpose),(definition of prevail: To gain ascendancy through strength or superiority, to triumph, to become effective, to accomplish your purpose) in God’s presence. Acts 19:20 “So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed.” I am celebrating all the all the victories in Jesus Christ for 2019.
What a week it has been. For me I say Glory be to God and that I’m so grateful for the strength to be able to go through this process successful. I expected day 6 to be something else become I wasn’t going to chew anything into my stomach but honestly, from the Holy Spirit, this new strength and vim filled my body, mind and soul so much so that my “cleansing the home” processes was thoroughly dealt with. Thanks be to God. Today is my day of celebration. My potential is to great that I can’t even imagine it in full fruition. All thanks to The Most High, my Saviour.
This Daniel Fast has really hit my restart button and has recalibrated my life. Cudos to all of the organizers and to those who took part, well are all deserved of his throne in Heaven. AMEN.
