Hello there,

I’m requesting prayer for Julie N. She is going through a rough patch right now with negative thinking. Her self-esteem and self-confidence are low, affecting her outlook on life and herself. She is overly critical of herself, and it is affecting her work and her quality of life. Please pray that she changes her perspective on how she views life. She deals with anxiety and her mood often changes. Please pray that she reaches out to God in her struggles and leaves her challenges in His hands. She is a fantastic teacher and an incredible person who deserves to be happy, but she is not enjoying her work because of her negative thinking.

Please pray that she leans on Christ more and sees a different perspective going forward. She often loses focus on what truly matters. Please pray that she finds enjoyment in the little things around her and begins to find more purpose beyond the trivialities, worries, and anxiety she is feeling. Pray that her self-esteem and self-confidence begin to build and strengthen and that she no longer focuses on the negatives in her life, and moves away from catastrophizing. She often thinks of and expects the worse. Please pray that her mind shifts and she looks to God for a new perspective that brings joy and fulfillment in her life. Thank you.
