Please agree with me in prayer for:

1. We have been landlords for 18 years and it has been a constant fight with our finances to have all tenants pay their rents so that in turn we can pay our bills and make a monthly profit. We have worked hard and sacrifice many times to make sure our apartments are how God would want them to be, we treat the tenants with respect and in some instance we have even forgiving debts and work with others for them to have housing. In August for example out of 44 units – 21 units have not paid their rents in full or are vacant and almost the same happened in July. Meantime we owe the utilities, vendors and God said in His word owe one anything except love.
2. My son needs a job making at least 90k so that he can live and pay back is student loans (which have very high interest rates) and I want him to move out so that he can mature.

My husband and I want to be a blessing to the Kingdom and to others. Please pray that we can breakthrough and be successful landlords once and for all (consistently every month) and that my son get a job very soon.
