Thank you for sharing your dream with us. It was a bit hard to decipher to be honest. Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.
The part about cancer maybe literal or metaphorically. Metaphorically, you are being warned of someone that might be “cancerous” in nature. That is, the individual might not be good for you/others and you need to be gracious and act lovingly towards this individual or in general. Think of the fruit of the Spirit. You are the beloved of the Most High God!
