God Bless you. The word says that wisdom is the one thing that God will give freely to us. There are no conditions to be met before we can get wisdom.
James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
God will give you all wisdom in your workplace on a daily basis if you will ask Him. He’ll also provide the wisdom and strategies needed to keep your family unified.
