Prophetic Word for 5784 – Part 1

This is the prophetic word for 5784 – The Year of Many Doors.  The New Year, Rosh Hashanah, begins on September 15 – 17, 2023.  This is the prophetic word that the Lord gave me for this year.

We are in the decade or Pey which is the 80s, that is 5780 – 5789. Pey means the mouth and that signifies that your words – what you speak over yourself, your country or the things in your environment, or your promises carry a special significance in this decade.  You are forming your own world based on the things that you say.

Watch what you say will be the life you lead for the next the next 6 years.

The significance of 4 – that is 5784

The 4th letter in the Hebrew Alphabet is the Dalet.  And it means Door, it also means Poor and it also means To Lift Me Up.

How do these three meanings work together?  Well, when you are poor in spirit (humility) or physically poor and in need, you turn to God through Jesus, who is the Door, and He will lift you up.  If you keep this in mind throughout the entire year this is where you will find success.

I asked the Lord what He wanted to share with you specifically as it relates to the Door.

He said this year will be A Year of Many Doors.  There will be doors within doors.  All of these doors are good doors because He is the one opening them for you. It’s promises being fulfilled, and I believe some of the things that will be behind these doors are actually surprise blessings.  You are not expecting some of the blessings that God will release to you. He said the most important thing for you to do to get to these doors is that you must first come through the Main Door which is Jesus Christ Himself.

John 10:9-10

I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

The first thing you find when you enter the Door is salvation.  Then you have the freedom to move about and find pasture.  I believe the going in and out is the accessing of the heavenly realms and then operating here on earth.  You have the ability to go in and out of the heavenly realms because of your relationship with Jesus Christ. Think of it as a sheep in a well water land.  A fruitful place, a green place.  No drought or lack. Notice that the scripture clearly shows you that the enemy is also there trying to kill, steal and destroy as you access the Door.  This tells me that there are false doors.  The doors that are not from the Lord. We do not want to go through those doors. We want God’s way, God’s Door which is Life more abundantly.  A full life with Abundance.

He said that many people are seeking after abundance and the things of this earth in the wrong way.

When you are aligned with God by reading His word, then your desires are also aligned, but sometimes you won’t get your heart’s desire because it can be out of God’s timing.  There is ease when God opens a door.  You don’t need to force anything.

How a lot of people approach laying hold of the promises of God is like this, they go from door to door. So you want a spiritual gift, that’s one door but if you want multiple gifts you are looking for multiple doors, you need a job, you want to get married, you want a house, you want a new car, you want a baby, you want to move into another house, you want to build a business, you want to start investing.  All of these are doors.  And I want you to know that none of these are bad.  This is all good but the question is which one comes first?

And so your life looks like this as you scurry around trying to access multiple doors all at once and trying to figure out which one to go through first. This can get exhausting and wearisome. Many times, getting things out of order or trying to access doors that are not yet open to you, then frustration sets in when it’s not happening.  Relax.  He’s going to open them all but you need to be patient.

If Jesus says He is the Door, then that is the Main Door.  You can’t access the promises of God through any other door.

The Lord wants you to change your perspective and look at it as there is only one door.  This is the picture the Lord showed me on how you are going to be successful this year and all the years to come.  You need to think of this as ONE door.  HIM.

What will happen is that if you enter in through that Main Door, Jesus, and you just spend the time every day to sit with Him, read the bible every night, pray, HE SAID that He will automatically open your NEXT door.  And He’s going to tell you which one is next. You won’t need to do anything.  He will point the way to it so that you know which one He automatically opened it for you.

It is as simple as that.

Revelation 3:7

Write this letter to the angel of the church in Philadelphia.

This all starts with a relationship with the Lord, if you don’t know what that is, please read this.

Then every day, make this a habit to spend time with the Lord in prayer.  Read your bible at night because it will give you something really good to meditate on as you sleep.  Read until something speaks to you and then you stop reading and go to sleep with that thought.  During the night as you sleep God will begin to unpack that scripture into your soul.  He’s going to use that word to transform your life and you are going to wake up with knowledge and revelation on things you never had before. When you get up in the morning you just ask Him a simple question “what would you like me to do today? Lead the way and I will follow.” The next night you pick up where you left off in the bible and you continue to do this every night.

Watch what God does with just that alone.  Resting in Him.

That’s it.  There’s no need to over complicate it.  Watch how those doors that He has already prepared for you before the foundations of the earth and destined to be opened in 5784 will just fly open!

When someone comes to you with an opportunity or an idea, you shouldn’t do anything until you come through the Door and ask Him what He thinks about it.  Wait for an answer before you speak.  Don’t allow people to rush you into things if God has not given you the OK on it.

Please be obedient with what He tells you to do each day.  I am so sure that some of these doors are so HIDDEN that they are going to look like nothing when He tells you to enter it.  And in that one little act of obedience, you are going to see the door revealed within that door. Blessings hidden in plain sight.

Then the Lord led me to read Psalm 84.  I believe that this chapter holds so much for what will come this year.

Psalm 84

Just to break down a few points, the Psalm is praying and praising the Lord of Hosts. There are people who get offended when someone does just pray to God or Jesus.  If you pray using one of God’s names they think you’re doing something wrong.  Well, here ya go! Psalm 84. This is the Commander of Heaven’s Armies also known as Jehovah Sabaoth.  The God of Heaven’s Armies.  WARFARE.  You only need to call on Him if you have warfare and you need His assistance to fight for you.  Do you feel like you’re in constant warfare of late?  This one is for you.

He says “How lovely is your tabernacle O Lord of Hosts” That means, he (King David) was visiting that place.  He went into the house of the Lord of Hosts.  And then he remarks that even the animals find a home there, even those with young children.  I also noticed something else about the scripture. There is only one other bible verse that I know of that references the swallow and the sparrow together.

Proverbs 26:2

Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow,
    an undeserved curse will not land on its intended victim.

Do you think it is coincidental that there is a prayer to the Lord of Hosts and it is also referencing the same two birds that are used to describe word curses?  Why these two birds? I believe swallows return to the same nest every year. Meaning that the curse just returns to the person who sent it within a year. If they are not keeping track of the WORDS they spoke over you, they don’t even realize that the same thing landed on them instead. Return to sender.  This is why you need to be super careful what you are saying about others. Even your enemies. It has to go through the Lord of Host before it can get to you. Fear not!  Sparrows are high flying birds so that thing is going to go right over your head. It can’t touch you.  The Lord of Host has it all.  HE knows whether you did or deserve what they are accusing you of or not.  Watch what you are saying.

David says those who pass through the “Valley of Baca” this is the valley of weeping.  Notice they didn’t stay there, they are just passing through it and in that place God speaks a blessing over them and causes it to rain blessings upon them and renews their strength.  You are being lifted up as a result of dwelling in the house of the Lord. All of this happens in the tabernacle.  It says each one appears before the God of Zion. That means I can’t go for you, you have to show up for yourself.  You can’t form a relationship with God through someone else.  You need to form that bond by yourself.

⁸ O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer;
Give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah
⁹ O God, behold our shield,
And look upon the face of Your anointed.

He is praying to the Lord of Hosts, and then he refers to Him as the God of Jacob.  Selah.

Why did he refer to him as the God of Jacob and not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob?  And then he says Selah (stop and think about that).

You see in calling on the Lord of Hosts, he is now creating a portal in his home for the Lord of Hosts to come down with the host of heaven to battle for him.  And to get this understanding we need to see the Lord of Host show up as the God of Jacob in Genesis 28:10-17

¹⁰ Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Harran. ¹¹ When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. ¹² He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. ¹³ There above it stood the Lord, and he said: “I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. ¹⁴ Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.^{[b] 15} I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”

¹⁶ When Jacob awoke from his sleep, he thought, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it.” ¹⁷ He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven.”

It is the story of Jacob seeing a portal open to heaven where the angels were ascending and descending.  This is a doorway into heaven. A door.

So when King David calls on the Lord of hosts, and calls Him the God of Jacob what he is saying is this …I need You to create a portal and come down into my environment with the host of heaven to fight these battles for mem just as you did for Jacob.

You will need to remember this as you go through 5784

Pray accordingly.

David says “be our shield and look upon the face of Your anointed one” he knows who he is.  He knows that he belongs to God and he has been called and anointed by God.

When you are walking in the way of God and doing what the Lord has called and anointed you to do, you are under His protection.  You are no longer fighting your battles.  Jehovah Sabaoth shows up for you!  He’s capturing every and all word curses spoken over you and also creating a portal in your home to fight for you when you need Him.  Pray accordingly.

David says it is better for me to be in Your tabernacle one day that spend a thousand days somewhere else!  Praise the Lord, is that not the truth??  Then he says he would rather be a doorkeeper than dwell in the tents of wickedness.  Here is the humility, poor in spirit.  He’s not interested in being the king if it means that he’s going to be distracted by the things of the world and end up in the camp of the wicked. He would rather just be the doorkeeper if that is the case.

Why didn’t David say he’d rather be a shepherd boy? Funny he said doorkeeper, huh? There’s the door again.  The key of David (Isaiah 22:22), opens doors to let things in and closes doors to keep things out….isn’t that the doorkeeper?  SELAH!  Catch it by the Spirit.

You can’t want wealth, power, riches and fame more than you want to be in the presence of the Lord.  Otherwise, you are going to come up empty and lacking…and end up being judged with those who are in the tent of the wicked.

He says the Lord is a sun and a shield and He gives grace and glory.  He shines on you, He protects you, He gives you grace to go through whatever it is you need to go through, and then He shines His glory on you.

And the best part…

No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

YOU ARE GOING TO GET EXACTLY WHAT GOD PROMISED.

He’s NOT going to withhold it from you.  If you don’t have it, that means it’s not time yet.  Hence wait for Him to open that door when it is time.  But for sure you are going to get it.

Then He praises the Lord of Hosts again and says Blessed be anyone who trusts in Him.  Trust in His protection.  Trust that He will battle for you.  Praise the Lord.

You need to hold on to this Psalm because you can’t have multiple DOORS without warfare.  Remember Jesus is the Door, but the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy in the same verse.  The two are there.  As soon as you realize the door is open, watch your back.  There is generally heavy warfare right before you walk through that door.

1 Corinthians 16:9

There is a wide-open door for a great work here, although many oppose me.

I pray that this blesses you and for 5784 watch those doors open.  Make room for God, ask Him to create a portal in your home for the Lord of Host to come down with the angels and fight on your behalf for this year.  This is a timely word because there are many things happening right now.  Great doors of opportunities will be open to you this year and you’ll need His protection to get through them.
