Every once in a while, I’ll have an extremely vivid and …bizarre… dream. This morning I had two. If I recall correctly, I didn’t even wake up between them. But they were very distinctly separate.

In the past, the complexity has been too much for me to handle, and I would get overwhelmed and let it go. But I’ve always wondered what these dreams were about. Today, I’m much healthier than in the past, so it’s not overwhelming.

I have many dreams, but most I forget upon fully waking. All of my dreams that I remember …well, I sense something in them that isn’t merely of the flesh. Many have turned out to be prophetic. Papa God has also taught me how to discern between details, so while there were many more tiny details that I’m not including, it’s because I sense that they are distractions.

      Anyway, here are the dreams.

Note: I don’t actually remember which once came first.

DREAM ONE – Animate objects kill their maker

In this dream, I’m in a 3rd person, disembodied POV.

There is a man who can imbue inanimate objects with personalities. These range from mannequins, to t-shirts, to refrigerators, to trucks. He has so many random objects that his land looks akin to a junkyard. His house is like a trailer or manufacterer’s garage that was repurposed; the size of two regular rooms, but without a wall separating them.

These now-animate objects decide to kill the man who is imbuing them with personality/life. (I don’t know why.) One, specifically, hatches a plan and brings others into it. One night, the man leaves, and while he is gone many of them infiltrate his house. One shirt (she’s a woman) goes through his rack of shirts (he has many of each type) and says “Not this one, no, no, no-” until she finds the right one. Then she “shucks off” the shirt she was inhabiting and “puts on” one of these new shirts.

All of the animate objects do this. They “put off” their old “bodies” to “put on” new ones, all in order to hide in this man’s house.

When he returns, I leave, as I don’t want to see them kill him. Even in the dream, I wished I wasn’t even around.

At this point, though I have no body of my own, I try to flee, and other animate objects see me and come after me. I turn around a few times and I’m trapped/overtaken. They were going to kill me too.

But suddenly a lot of police arrive. Not exactly where I am, but surrounding the entire estate. They start setting fire to everything, for the fire will kill all the animate objects. The objects scatter in terror; the police knew about their plot? I start to think that the animate objects were going to kill all humans/people.

But I’m trapped (and hurt) by the flames too. There is nothing magical here. The flames are flames, and they will kill humans too. There is a line of trees (a tiny strip forest) and I run between them. They protect me from the flames. Suddenly there is a torrential downpour of rain, and the trees protect me from it too. This rain is also damaging to the animate objects and will kill them. I still want to get away and I run out into the rain, into a field, away from the house and the roads and the police and the objects that want to kill the one who gave them life (and seemingly all humans cuz we’re like him). Even though the rain will destroy the animate objects, I’m scared they will find and attack me still. I want to run into the police and find comfort and protection from them, but I’m also scared that they will mistake me for an animate object and attack to kill me too. Still, I hope to find the police.

The rain is so heavy that I can’t see. I start to feel sluggish and sleepy and my eyelids close and my body is so heavy…..

I wake up (still in the dream) on a gravel lot next to a huge warehouse/hanger. It is daytime and no rain. Rich, young humans in a car drive up and get out. I pretend to remain asleep. Remember, I’m still “disembodied”, but everyone has been able to see me still, as if I had a body.

Now I’m suddenly in 3rd person POV, not in my “disembodied” body. I’m watching these new humans putting together new objects. The objects are wooden, painted, doll-like. The solution to the problem from before is revealed: don’t give them full personalities, only the suggestion of it.

      Dream end.

DREAM TWO – Woman, and a Mountain Village

In this dream, I’m myself for the entire thing: 1st person, bodied POV.

There are large mountain ranges. Most people don’t go up past the 1/2 height mark. It always snows up there. It’s stormy and cold and treacherous. But some people vacation up there, and others live up there.

I’m up in the lower regions of the upper half. I’m alone. A sudden, tiny tornado (like dust tornados in the south) appears under me, about to lift me. These are apparently somewhat common dangers. They appear out of nowhere and lift you to a deadly height before disappearing and dropping you to your death. It appears, but there is a pole (like a telephone pole) next to me. I know that if I lift it and slam it down, it’ll disrupt the tornado.

A woman calls out to me, “Get down!!” Another way to survive this tornado is to immediately lie down. It can’t lift you if you do. I obey and get down.

The woman appears Chinese. She’s an older woman, 40s probably, and strong and fit. She’s wearing warm clothes. She’s from around here and knows these parts well. We get to talking and mention how the poles simulate earthquakes, and that strong vibration of the earth cancels out the tornados. That’s why the poles were made.

We enter a cabin. No one is inside. I’ve been in many cabins like this, scattered about the lower (safer-but-still-dangerous) regions of the upper-mountains. They all look the same: layout, bedsheets, everything. They are for renting and vacationing.

The woman decides to take me to a village. It’s much higher up and secluded. We zoom there (but I don’t know what craft we take to move at that speed), passing polar bears and moose. The moose are what scare me, as I know they’re much more dangerous than the bears. We zip past one, and that’s the only time the woman feels even remotely anxious. (“Oh! What a rush! That was a close one.” kind of thing.)

We reach the village. It’s very lively and populated. The clothing feels unusual and folksy, but they’re very contemporary with their technology. Cars, guns, etc. (Yes, those two showed up in the dream.) There was a jukebox at the square, where people were drinking and chatting. But even so, they are completely secluded from the outside world, except for the rare traveler such as myself. And although they lack nothing, their culture reflects this long-term uninterruption from outside cultures.

I know a thing about these people: the men are very comfortable with physical affection without being gay in the slightest. They will hug, throw their arms around each other for extended periods, and most significantly: a man will take another man’s hand without hesitation and just hang out with him while holding hands. And they are entirely pure-hearted about it. Nothing sexual or even romantic.

At some point, the woman tells me about a man who most (all?) humans are actually descended from. Not as a replacement for Adam or Noah, but after them (and he lived in a time full of contemporary technology). She seems to imply that he was very prolific in spreading his genetics. To this point, she says that she’s, “Half Chinese, half-” and I expect her to say something European, since I’m purely of European descent, thus this man must to have been European to some extent, as he was her explanation for her not-Chinese half. But no, she says she’s, “half-Chinese, half-Taiwanese.”

Around that time, she pulls out a big gun-like thing. It fastens around her arm, clicking into a hard line set on the arm of her coat for stability, and tightens. She now has a huge gun for an arm. It would work well for just punching people too.

      Dream end.
