Thank you for sharing your friend’s dream with us. Please take everything that I share back to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.

As you know every dream element can have a negative or positive meaning. I feel that the toad is negative and has two meanings in the context of this dream shared. On one level of interpretation it represents an individual who is unclean and on another level it represents the cause of the cancer. I think of the scripture Rev. 16:4.

I’m not sure if this is the same friend that was featured in the previous posts. If so, I see it as a BIG caution that God is showing in different ways who this person truly is. If it is not the same friend, disregard the comment about God showing you who the person truly is (i.e., a caution to stay clear). Nevertheless the interpretation in the first paragraph stands.
