I had a nightmare last night which is rare. A friend from middle school is pregnant and last night before bed I was praying that she would have her baby. I haven’t seen her in years, but in my dream we were close friends.

In my dream she had her baby and I went to visit. While I was there, there were these two very attractive guys, one blond and one brunette. They were ripped, and athletic. My guard immediately went up when I was talking to them. I asked the brunette what evil he was going to do. He smirked and told me to trust him. He was just there to see the baby. As I was leaving another acquaintance showed up. While I was talking to her, the two guys began to approach throwing knives and yelling at me. The brunette was being mean, but you could tell the blonde didn’t like what was going on. As I was running to the car, they kidnapped the lady I was talking to. I got in my car and began to drive away when they stepped in front of me. I ran them over, but this only angered them more. I pulled away and began speeding toward the jail. While I was driving I got a call from the woman’s cell, the blonde told me they weren’t going to hurt her, but they were coming for me as the brunette wanted to show me who was boss. I called 911 to explain what was happening. Three times I called and it wasn’t until the third time that I got through. I told them I was being hunted. They explained that they had an airplane that could help me and told me to go to the hospital. When I got to the hospital, the ER was chaos and no one would listen to me. I was crying and explaining that there were two people coming to kill me. A nurse finally walked over and began to help me, explaining she was calling the cops. When she hung up the phone, the brunette guy walked around the corner. He smiled at her and told her thank you. I began to run away, yelling and telling everyone that these guys were going to kill me. A few people let me hide under their desks, but eventually they caught me. They screwed my feet and hands into a wooden board and then began to beat me with a bat, with knives and their fists. This happened right in the busy ER as people just watched and no one did anything. I didn’t die, but they left me for dead. The brunette was doing all the torturing but the blonde just watched. Eventually, the cops came and arrested them. The end.

I don’t have nightmares often and when I do, I panic and wake up in a sweat, I did not this time. I was very calm and I knew this was a dream with a deeper meaning.
