I had a dream last week that somewhat troubled me.

In the dream, I was sitting in a dark room with a group of people. All of us were seated on the floor–but I could only see the face of the one sitting across from me. He and I had what seemed like spotlights hovering over us while the other individuals were in complete darkness, only their silhouettes could be seen–nothing else.

The person sitting across from me was a famous rapper, and he and I were playing dice. Mine were white, his were read.

I remember being frustrated with him because no matter how hard I tried, I simply could not get my die to match (for example, instead of matching 4 with 4, I would get something like 7 and 2, or 8 and 2…etc), meanwhile–his red die kept matching so consequently–he was winning the game and I seemed to be losing.

There was nothing inherently evil about the person from what I could see/feel, but it was alarming that I was in a dark room, seated on the floor playing dice with him and all the other individuals were simply sitting there; and I want to add that they were not playing the game with us–they were simply sitting and watching, but I could not see their faces at all.

Additionally, a key number stood out to me–6. I remember rolling the die a lot and the only one that stood out to me was the one that yielded the 6.

Why were my dice red and his white?
What does he symbolize?
Why were we in darkness?
Why were the other people completely covered in darkness who were seated around us on the floor? Why weren’t they playing?
What does all pf this mean???
