Prophetic Word – The Wealth Transfer, Part 1

Prophetic word wealth transfer

This prophetic word is titled The Wealth Transfer, Part 1.  I’m breaking up the post because if I put them all in one post, they are going to seem contradictory, and they are not.  You can either receive both or you may see yourself in one and not the other.

Some of the wealth transfer will be a one-time gift from God while some will actually keep multiplying and turn into even more than what God originally gave you.  This will depend on how you steward what you were given.

You can tell when a wealth transfer is in progress because you see one system slowly coming to a close due to a shaking which makes way for another system to step into its place.  You cannot miss it and at the end of the shaking a new order emerges.

Haggai 2:6-9

“For this is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: In just a little while I will again shake the heavens and the earth, the oceans and the dry land. I will shake all the nations, and the treasures of all the nations will be brought to this Temple. I will fill this place with glory, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. The future glory of this Temple will be greater than its past glory, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. And in this place I will bring peace. I, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, have spoken!”

Who is this word for?  Everyone.  Well, if you are interested in knowing the who, when, why, where and how the wealth transfer will take place and how you can be a part of it.

Let me ask you this question, has it crossed your mind like how will it happen? What will it look like?  Is everyone going to get it?

I asked the Lord about this because I realize, it will look very different from person to person.  Truthfully, even after I share with you what the Lord share with me some of you still won’t get it.

Why?  Knowledge + Understanding + Wisdom (Application) = Success

You have to do something to get it. Work.

Matthew 6:33 AMP

33 But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also.

Everyone wants to be and live like King Solomon, but nobody wants to do the things that Solomon did. Before Solomon build his own house, he built God’s temple first.  He put God first.

When Solomon got his wealth, he wasn’t looking for it, he was actually looking for God to show him how to walk out his calling in a way that was pleasing to God.  Simply put, that is what he was after.  He wanted to do what was right in the sight of God.

Matthew 6:24 NIV

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

You have to check your heart on this.  Is it the money that you want or are you after God?

Solomon’s father had the same kind of heart.  He said he would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of the Lord than sit in the tent of the wicked.  Then God said, OK I’ll make you the king.  David wasn’t looking to be the king.

That also says that sometimes when people go after wealth or power or position or fame it can quite easily land you in the tent of the wicked due to your lust for money.

Do you notice the scripture above says seek the Kingdom of God AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.  It’s more than tithing, it’s doing the right thing by God.  This is what brings you blessings and favor.  Just do the right thing.

So I asked the Lord what does this wealth transfer look like?  How is it going to happen?  He told me to go and examine how Solomon got his wealth. So off I went to read what happened from the moment God gave him wisdom.

Let’s look at it and I’m going to use 1 Kings and you can read through Chronicles to see what you get from it…

1 Kings 3 NIV

“Now, Lord my God, you have made your servant king in place of my father David. But I am only a little child and do not know how to carry out my duties. Your servant is here among the people you have chosen, a great people, too numerous to count or number. So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong. For who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

10 The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for this. 11 So God said to him, “Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice, 12 I will do what you have asked. I will give you a wise and discerning heart, so that there will never have been anyone like you, nor will there ever be. 13 Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for—both wealth and honor—so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings. 14 And if you walk in obedience to me and keep my decrees and commands as David your father did, I will give you a long life. 15 Then Solomon awoke—and he realized it had been a dream.

First, it happened in a dream.  Second, He didn’t just get some magical money that fell out of the sky, he was given wisdom and a discernment which allowed him to get wealth and honor.

I believe most of us just think God gave him wisdom and then poof he was a trillionaire without inspecting HOW it happened.  What were the steps?

Look at Solomon’s heart…

1 Kings 4: 20, 25

20 The people of Judah and Israel were as numerous as the sand on the seashore. They were very contented, with plenty to eat and drink.

During the lifetime of Solomon, all of Judah and Israel lived in peace and safety. And from Dan in the north to Beersheba in the south, each family had its own home and garden.

Solomon took care of the people.  The money wasn’t just for him.  He wasn’t living a life of luxury while the people under him struggled.

The Queen of Sheba even commented on how he was treating the people who he governed.

1 Kings 10:8-9

Happy are your men! Happy are your servants, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom! Blessed be the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and set you on the throne of Israel! Because the Lord loved Israel forever, he has made you king, that you may execute justice and righteousness.”

From this we see that not only did he build the temple of God first before building his own home, but he also took care of all the people that were under his care.

The pathway to his wealth

1 Kings 4:32-34

He composed some 3,000 proverbs and wrote 1,005 songs. 33 He could speak with authority about all kinds of plants, from the great cedar of Lebanon to the tiny hyssop that grows from cracks in a wall. He could also speak about animals, birds, small creatures, and fish. 34 And kings from every nation sent their ambassadors to listen to the wisdom of Solomon.

1- He was a writer – he wrote books and songs

2 – He was a teacher – educating the people on plants and animals

3 – He was a consultant (1 Kings 10:1-5)

4 – He was a trader (1 Kings 5)

Then He built the temple of the Lord and then he built his own house.

5 – He was into real estate, he owned land and rented his properties (1 Kings 9:10-14)

6 – He had a shipping business (1 Kings 9:26-27)

7 – He had a transportation business

8 – He had supermarkets/storehouses

9 – He was into farming, livestock

10 – He had a precious metals company

I want you to examine how he started and how he ended.  The first 3 things are hands on, can you see that?  He physically had to do these things but as he grew, he was delegating the work to those who worked under him.  He had multiple sources of income.

There was no magical money that fell out of the sky.

Please. Pay. Attention.  He didn’t wake up one day and become a trillionaire.  Nope!

Solomon worked.

Knowledge + Understanding + Wisdom (Application) = Success

You have to start somewhere but I can tell you this for sure you are going to work to get that wealth transfer!  Well, you’ll need to work if you intend to see it multiply.

So here’s how it happens…

God’s going to give you an idea and it could come to you in a dream or a vision or as you are just going about your daily life….Knowledge.

Then you’re going to pray and ask for the details on how it will work….Understanding.

Then He’ll give you the strategies on how to use the knowledge that you now understand…Wisdom.

After you apply all of that, that is how you become successful.

But you’re going to need to do SOMETHING.

God does not endorse laziness.

Become the solution to someone’s problem.  King Solomon had a solution to the Queen of Sheba’s problem. Become the solution to a problem that a company is having.  The solution to a problem your community is having.  A solution to a problem your country is having.  Then you monetize that, and that is how you get the wealth transferred to you.

You are a solution to something.

When the Pharoah called for Joseph from the prison, he wasn’t summoned because of his good looks, even though he was good looking.  He was summoned because he had the solution to a problem. Genesis 41.

God gave Joseph the knowledge of the dream, then he gave him the understanding to interpret the dream and then he gave him the solution (wisdom) of how to solve the problem.  That’s how the wealth was transferred to Joseph, and he became the prime minister.

Joseph worked.

Something else I noticed as I was studying how Solomon got his wealth is that not only did he have multiple sources of income, he had multiple channels that flowed into those sources.

Solomon’s Consultancy advised the Queen of Sheba.  She is one source of income.  When she paid him she used multiple channels – spices, gold and precious jewels.

He got his money through different channels. He was heavily diversified – timber, gold, food, spices, precious jewels, red sandalwood. 2 Chronicles 9 lists silver, ivory, apes, peacocks, silver and gold, clothing, weapons, spices, horses, mules and cedar timber.

God only knows why he needed apes!

Why is this important? Because let’s say ape prices are down this year, perhaps spices are doing well!! Seriously. Think about it.

If you are a real estate investor, what happens when the real estate market crashes?  You are going to need to have multiple channels bringing in your money.  Otherwise, you’ll need to sell your properties pay the capital gains taxes and sit on the sidelines until things start going back up.  You’ll need to have other channels where the money comes in.  If one is not working for you, the others will.

If you have a 9-5 job that is one source of income, if you get paycheck every other week that is one channel feeding that source.  However, if you get a paycheck but you have the ability to also make commissions and bonuses then you have different channels that feed the one source. With a single paycheck, you are limited to the increase they give you each year.  This is not scalable – it cannot expand to give you more beyond its capacity.

And in both scenarios, if you lose your job that is it!  You lose the source; you lose all the channels attached to that source.

This is why you need to have multiple sources, fed by different channels.  So that if something is down the next thing can be up.  Solomon started by using the wisdom he was given to write the proverbs and songs, then in the end, he had multiple businesses with people doing the work for him.  He multiplied what he was originally given.  He could’ve stopped at writing proverbs, but he didn’t.  He was a good steward of what was given to him.

Matthew 25:14-30 ESV

14 “For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants[a] and entrusted to them his property. 15 To one he gave five talents,[b] to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away. 16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. 17 So also he who had the two talents made two talents more. 18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master’s money. 19 Now after a long time the master of those servants came and settled accounts with them. 20 And he who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ 21 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.[c] You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 22 And he also who had the two talents came forward, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me two talents; here, I have made two talents more.’ 23 His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ 24 He also who had received the one talent came forward, saying, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you scattered no seed, 25 so I was afraid, and I went and hid your talent in the ground. Here, you have what is yours.’ 26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents. 29 For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

You need a source where God can guide the money.  You have to have a container…and the container, if possible, needs to be scalable.  Not limited to a yearly increase.  I hope you’re catching this.

I have a friend with a business that customizes cars for celebrities and famous people.  This pays really well.  The only problem is that he has to do the customization himself.  It’s like being an artist.  At first it looks like a great idea because he has a rolodex filled with famous people who call him up to customize their Mercedes and Porsche and they introduce him to other famous people who have the finances to do this.  The problem is that he’s doing all the work himself.  What does this mean?  He doesn’t take vacations.  He’s working 80+ hours per week and most of the time 7 days per week.  Who cares if you have the cell phone numbers of famous people when you are working all the time?  How is he going to retire?  If he’s not working, he makes no money.  This is not scalable.  If he doesn’t find another way to use those contacts to make money without his hands getting involved in it, he’s stuck!  This also means that he can only make up to a certain amount each year.  He has a ceiling on his income.  Unless, he uses the money to create other sources and channels, he is stuck.

Remember Elisha and the widow woman?

2 Kings 4

“What can I do to help you?” Elisha asked. “Tell me, what do you have in the house?”

“Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil,” she replied.

And Elisha said, “Borrow as many empty jars as you can from your friends and neighbors. Then go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Pour olive oil from your flask into the jars, setting each one aside when it is filled.”

So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another. Soon every container was full to the brim!

“Bring me another jar,” she said to one of her sons.

“There aren’t any more!” he told her. And then the olive oil stopped flowing.

When she told the man of God what had happened, he said to her, “Now sell the olive oil and pay your debts, and you and your sons can live on what is left over.

Notice he told her KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.  Then he basically gave her a startup business.  If she had more containers – scalable – she would’ve received more.  Whatever your sources are that you create, make sure they can scale.  There’s only one of you and you can’t be working 200 hours per week.  It should be able to work without you having your hands on it all the time.

He told her to sell the oil and pay her debts and then she can live on the rest with her son.  What if she kept the business going?  She can’t produce more oil but she may be able to buy something else and make a business out of it.  Otherwise, what happens when it runs out again?

You can’t eat everything.  You sow some seeds and others you eat.  This is where your choice comes to make this a one-time gift or if you want to keep multiplying it.

How about this one?

Deuteronomy 8:18 ESV

You shall remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

In order for you to get, you have to go…do something.

Or here it is in the NIV

But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.

He’s giving you the know-how, but you’re still gonna have to do the work.  It will not just fall out of the sky into your lap.

Back in the dotcom boom (1995-2000), I saw companies get millions of dollars given to them because they had “an idea”.  There was no product it was just an idea, and they were given money based on an idea.  I saw people sell their company just from drawings and theories written on a piece of paper for millions of dollars. They never even produced the product.  They just sold a concept.

They got it because they had a solution to a problem.  Even if the corporation that bought it never brought it to market, they buy it because they don’t want their competitors getting it. And before they produced it, it became obsolete because it was in the technology space.

You are a child of God, and you have a seat at His table.  That means you have right of first refusal to all the ideas that are coming out of heaven in this generation.  The unbelievers shouldn’t be coming up with better ideas and solutions that we are!

Matthew 15:22-28

22 A Gentile woman who lived there came to him, pleading, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! For my daughter is possessed by a demon that torments her severely.”

23 But Jesus gave her no reply, not even a word. Then his disciples urged him to send her away. “Tell her to go away,” they said. “She is bothering us with all her begging.”

24 Then Jesus said to the woman, “I was sent only to help God’s lost sheep—the people of Israel.”

25 But she came and worshiped him, pleading again, “Lord, help me!”

26 Jesus responded, “It isn’t right to take food from the children and throw it to the dogs.”

27 She replied, “That’s true, Lord, but even dogs are allowed to eat the scraps that fall beneath their masters’ table.”

28 “Dear woman,” Jesus said to her, “your faith is great. Your request is granted.” And her daughter was instantly healed.

Translation – whatever the unbelievers got fell from the table where you are seated. YOU as an exempted child of God, have the right of first refusal because you’ve been grafted in (Romans 11:11-24). A lot of the stuff they have is because somebody walked away from what God called them to do. Then it gets passed to another child at the table and they refuse it until it falls to the floor. Forfeiture.

Take all the time in the world that you need to process this.

Have you ever seen things in the store or on TV and YOU thought about that idea years ago??!!!!  THAT MEANS YOU HAD THE IDEA FIRST!  But for whatever reason, you never followed through on it.  Then eventually after God keeps knocking and showing it to you, i fell off the table and they grabbed it.

Come on now!

If this word is resonating with you, here’s what you need to do.

First:

1 – You need to sit with God,

2 – Ask Him what is His purpose for you with this wealth transfer, because remember Solomon had to build the temple first before he could build his own house.  If you don’t know what you are to do with the money first, you will squander it.

3 – Seek His Kingdom and His righteousness FIRST.  There is a right way and a wrong way to go about doing things.  Make sure whatever it is you are doing is RIGHT in the sight of God.

4 – Ask Him to show you the sources that you need to set up.  Do not copy and paste other people’s ideas.  You have talents, gifts and skills that are already a part of who you are.  He sent Peter to get the coin from the fish’s mouth because Peter was already a fisherman.  He did not send Matthew, because Matthew is tax collector not a fisherman.

5 – Get a clear understanding of how it works, do research if necessary.

6 – Keep that thing to yourself.

7 – Application…Just do it!

8 – Ask God for the timing and launch it when He tells you to do it.

9 – The best ideas are those that offer a solution to a problem.

10 – Start small and then diversify.  Build out the channels.

When you do all this, you will be positioned to receive the wealth transfer because you have the sources/containers set up to receive the wealth transfer.

Next week, I’ll give you part 2 which will also show you different ways in which the wealth will be transferred.

Blessings

    1. I’ve had Dr Peter Wagner’s Wealth Transfer book saved for years and I’m going to read it these days. This word blessed me, I will read part 2, may God bless you mightily in Christ Jesus.

  4. Powerful word indeed. I am not really in business; however, I would love to venture into business, but I don’t know where to start and how to start. I have a stable job, am a single parent, and still paying the mortgage on my house and a vehicle. After reading this article, I prayed to God to give me business ideas and guidance on how to start. In a dream, a man who used to work as a teacher told me that I should go to the Department of Education to inquire about three things. He mentioned those three things, but when I woke up, I couldn’t remember any of them. I am praying to God to remind me of what that man told me, as I believe they are related to the business ideas I asked for. Thank you, Nicole, for sharing. Waiting for Part 2.

  5. The Lord is speaking to me regarding my business plans. I pray I will be in time and that God show me exatly what to do in time to receive this Kingdom assignment. I pray God will help me with Wealth transfer

  6. I love, love, LOVE this word!! God was just dealing with me this week about “multiplication” and “treasures of darkness, riches in secret places” (Is 45:3)! He brought to my heart the story of Elisha and the widow woman as well as the story of the five loaves and two fish.
Reading your word today, is confirmation of what God is about to do!!

I definitely believe I am a solutionist, have been told I have the anointing of Joseph and Daniel, and I believe my gifts will continue to make room for me!! He has sat me among kings to glean their wisdom; so if God orders the steps of the godly, there is no way the things that have happened in my life are coincidences!

Position me father for the wealth transfer! I’ve had some million dollar ideas but need the wisdom on how to bring them forth/maintain them.

Again, such a great, needed word!! Thank you for your obedience in sharing! Bring it on JESUS!!

  7. This word was right on time! Thank you for sharing and thank you for providing next steps.
