Thank you for sharing your dream with us. Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.
This dream is showing you what is happening in the lives of the people that you know. There is is deception of the mind, lust, and perhaps anger issues. There could also be independence issues (in family members), i.e., perhaps you wanting to help them but they do not want your help. There will be a temporary period of time when your assistance will be sought and you might feel unable to assist as you might want to deal with your own issues.
Your task is to lift them up in prayer now that this has been revealed to you and the Holy Spirit for wisdom for how else to assist. Also pray for the Grace of God to empower you. Please remember Zechariah 4:6.
