50 Short Bible Verses for Scripture Memorization

Here are 50  short bible verses which are perfect if you are trying to memorize scripture.  If you begin to practice memorizing at least one of these each day and say it for the whole week within a few short months you will know a lot of bible verses.

These are also family friendly so you can do this with your children.

We are giving these short bible verses to you in the New King James Version and we have a few in the New International Version.




We’ll start off with the shortest verse in the bible

John 11:35 New King James Version (NKJV) “Jesus wept.”
