Don’t feel bad, Wendy. If God wasn’t speaking to me about this, I would not be checking food labels either. I hadn’t read a label in over a decade, at least. I’m sure that “contains a bio engineered food ingredient” has been on there for years but I just saw that in October 2022 for the first time.
As it relates to the weight loss, your first step is what the Lord said to me first which is that you are loved. You need to really accept that as a fact deep down in your soul. Once you do that what will happen to you is that you’ll realize it doesn’t matter what anyone else things about it, not even you! Because you are enough. You are accepted. This way, when you start to make changes, you are doing it from a place of abundance in your heart and soul and not lack, because you are already accepted. This way, you can’t fail. There’s nowhere else to go but up, because you are already up!!! You are not less than. You are already perfect cause God said so! Because you are already perfect what you’re going to do is get dressed up, find clothes that matches your body right now where you feel good when you’re dressed up. You feel good and you know you look good. Right now, where you are. Start loving how you look and dressing until you know you look good. Then, eat! You are not getting on a scale. You are not eating “diet food”. No, you are going to eat rea l food. Do research on the foods and cook what you want to cook and eat what you want to eat. This is the first step. Accept your body where it is today and dress like you love your body and eat. After you get to the place of complete and total acceptance then you are ready to take the next step. Until then, don’t do a thing. Why? Because any progress you make now is going to be connected to self-loathing and the fact that you don’t love how you look. And if you fall off the wagon you’re gonna feel bad, because you felt bad and that’s why you started. If you start from a place of loving yourself, if you fall off the wagon, you won’t care. Because you’re fabulous and you’re loved!! It’s the mindset that changes everything. You are FABULOUS darling!!! I hope you understand that. Being loved and feeling LOVED is the secret weapon. And, when someone complements you on how great you look, don’t you dare open your mouth and say “thank you, but I need to lose some weight” NOPE. Say thank you and keep it moving.

Hi Rhonda, start with the food that you’re eating now. Read the labels and make the changes. Then go on YouTube & find out what foods help your conditions & eat those. Find which ones make your conditions worse & eliminate them. Then do the same research with vitamins & supplements. Research & slowly implement. It doesn’t get fixed overnight but it will never be fixed if you don’t start educating yourself on it. God will lead you to the right resources. Do it the natural way. Watch all the videos in this post & read the articles because some of your questions will be answered there.

The 2nd part, for sure, as I believe it will for anyone. It will expose areas of doubt and unbelief even if we believe we have none. We can be in faith in one area of our lives but not in another.

Hi Bryan, you don’t communicate it. This is between you and the Lord. Do you think my pastor was going to be overjoyed that I left his church, where I am a ministry leader, went one city over got baptized in another church by emersion and was back serving in his church the next Sunday? No. That would not have gone well if I told him that. That was between me & God and it is ultimately about my obedience to the Lord. Our allegiance is to God before it is to man. I don’t announce anything, unless the Lord says. And where doctrinal differences are concerned, you have to pray and ask God before you open your mouth. You have to remember that system and structure has been in place for a very long time, so be sure God told you to say something before you say it. We just always have to make sure that our need to say something isn’t rooted in pride.

Wow! Just wow! Good news and bad news. Good news, you have the gift of smelling in the spirit this is a part of the discerning of spirits gift.
If you don’t know what that is, do a search on this website for discerning of spirits and read about it. This means you’ll be able to walk into the churches and smell them in the spirit. Just remember the jolly rancher smell and the next time you go into a church you’ll smell if it is one of those types of church. Bad news, one of the places you are attending in person or online is one of those serving candy and this is God’s way of letting you know that. Pray through all the places you’ve been going to, in person or online, and ask the Lord to show you which one. Unless, you already know. Blessings
