Hi Vi, you’ve already told the person and they refused to listen. That is free will, you can’t force someone to listen even through prayer as that would be witchcraft. You need to ask the Lord if you should be praying for them before you touch it. If He says yes, find out what you should be praying, don’t assume. Hope this helps. Blessings
