Dreaming away from home and seemed to be doing work stuff. Learning how to integrate anesthesia skills with being in an ambulance. Saw several EMS people I recognized from spring hill but was not there. It was the end and I was trying to get to airport to go home. Flight at 1731 ?
As I was leaving this campus, weather started getting weird and this man that was part of conference but had training in other science things.
I noticed all of a sudden, giant powerful turbulent water waves ( not tsunami) but like a broken river- from afar getting bigger and bigger as they traveled towards us and over a football field score board. The Water was moving fast and seemed to be growing. This man stated, “ yeah, it’s not normal. We were trained to make it do that” I stated scanning for highest point and headed there with slippery fancy flat shoes. Hard to take off running because of the shoes towards 4 story library . It seemed old with beautiful dark mahogany furniture. Stairs. I just stared climbing. An Asian lady with 2 year old and grandma climbing up do I grabbed baby to help but they seemed satisfied to stay on level 3. I went to 4th level and found a room with a small window. Almost all rooms had multiple windows. 2 other ladies in there and a white mini donkey ( not sure). We started praying and could see water to mid Wu die ping and spill into room. We commanded to recede and move away and declaring Psalm 91. The black water immediately started receding back out of room. Strangely, nothing seemed wet, this water was not natural. My phone rings, automate call from airlines, I was missing my flight. Time was about 1730 and I would up as the door opened and people on dream started moving around upstairs on 4th floor

1. Not home but sought higher ground and shelter – always looking for safe place
2. Man said weather ? Water, Dams?? not normal and could be manipulated
3. The water responded to spiritual warfare prayers as we commanded to make it leave us, it receded
