Had a dream going to the front door in my house and saw 3 grey cat like animals(1 looked like the mother and 2 young) trying to get into the front door. When i got to the door they went out and didnt get in. When i looked at the gate i saw a big Boerboel dog crawl from outside getting inside our gate and sitting inside by the gate. So i got inside the house and was momentarily checking the gate from my window and the dog was still there.
What does this mean? -
Usually dogs are demons pray for your life, home and family. The devil is an uninvited guest but he tries to come in anyway he can. Guard yourself just like you were guarding your door in your dream.

The Boerboel, is a large, mastiff-type dog breed and is bred for the purpose of guarding the homestead and working the farm. They are one of the most powerful dog breeds in the world and have a bite force of 800 psi. It sounds like you are protected from whatever that attack was with the cat-like creatures, or to pray for protection. It is key that you are “in the house”–protected. I would pray for protection and ask God to show you what the cat-like creatures are trying to get it.
