Being generous in the midst of suffering and lack
2 Corinthians 8:2 (ISV) “In spite of their terrible ordeal of suffering, their abundant joy and deep poverty has led them to be abundantly generous.”
Lord, in the midst of suffering and lack, let joy overflow in my heart, leading me to be more generous in my giving. In this I bring glory to You as it is a sign of my hope in your promises. Amen.
