Hi Ephraim, We may need to do a specific teaching on testing the spirits. The long on short of it is that when you are reading your bible on a regular basis you will be able to easily discern if something is of the Lord or not. So, get off the fence and fully repent so God can use you to reach others who are trapped in the same place that you are right now.

Your only recourse is repentance. Then He will remove your sins from you as far as the East is from the West (Psalm 103:12). Why sit and be worried when you can just repent and be free of it?

Yes, for sure I understand that there are instances when you can’t get away from the person and that’s where boundaries come into play.
