This was a very odd dream! For context, I am currently single and not dating anyone.

Dream:
I was going to have a wedding, only there was no guy. Like I was going to go through the entire process and ceremony, etc…just minus someone present to marry. People were with me, I suppose family and friends, I know my mom was there. They apparently rented some house for the wedding that was on the water, beach or coast. The house was older and when I got there they had dogs that the owners must have left, all kinds and sizes. I remember being scared of one but they all ended up being very friendly. Then the people with me did not like the house, they said it wasn’t big and fancy enough and talked about a house up in Nashville TN instead. I was mad and did not want to go there and didn’t care what the house looked like – I actually loved the water and the dogs. I remember arguing about that and saying I didn’t even want a wedding either.

The next part of the dream there IS a guy present to marry. And he shows up at the house. I don’t think either of us were interested in each other, and we didn’t even know each other. Almost like an arranged marriage. We must have tried to stop the wedding because it seemed like it was called off.

Next I’m with him and some other people our age (20s). I thought maybe he was interested in one of the girls. But I was most likely wrong and this caused me to realize I was actually starting to have feelings for this person. While this went on, I was with that same group and we must have climbed somewhere high up. It was a round standing surface that was leaning and had holes and openings where the handrails should have been. I was standing on the scariest part it seemed and I was afraid of falling (in waking life I do NOT like heights!). I end up going to the most secure level spot away from the round part with holes, I laid down on my stomach facing into a corner and the guy was next to me. I couldn’t see him but I think he touched me or did something to get my attention and I got the feeling he might have changed his mind about me.

Next he’s with his guy friends and I’m with a couple girl friends and he leaves and goes to another time zone (like an instant time travel). I take my friends and go through a different area or door into the same time zone and place as they did. Only I’m careful that the guy and his friends don’t see me. I’m hiding in the crowd and then sitting at a table with some older people. My friends joined the men at their table. He must have been about to see me because I got scared and ran and got into what looked like an elevator, only I fell almost like through the floor and landed on my side. I might have hurt myself but not sure. I run out of that building and into the house next-door and some lady about mid-age answers and lets me in and welcomes me. I told her 3 times how beautiful she was (not sure why so many times). I said I liked her house and she showed me around and she had a dog that came over to greet me. In the distance at the place next-door there were a bunch of big dogs, some dark German Shepherds. They looked scary, only they all put their heads down and slept. Next, the guy showed up with everyone else, like he knew the lady somehow. I went and hid in the house. It was later at night time and the girls were in one room and they found me hiding in the top bunk bed. I think they tried to keep me there, and asked if I got hurt somehow, but I started sneaking thru the house in the dark. The house had stuff everywhere, random stuff, I remember the house was clear and clutter-free before in the day time. I believe the guy was looking for me in the house and not sure if he found me or what, because I woke up.
