Hello-
About two months ago, I had a dream that I needed to get into my apartment. I was standing in front of the building, but I did not have keys to the building or my apartment. There were some people by the entrance (seemed like they were guarding the entrance). One of them I knew from my childhood years. He went up the building & then came down with 2 keys. I was surprised & thanked him. He said my father sent the keys. They were 2 new shining keys. I used one key to enter the building & walked up the stairs. I wanted to see my father, while walking up but couldn’t. I did however caught a glimpse of his side (his left) as he was sitting in a thoughtful position. I used the key to enter my apartment, but when I opened the door, it was like I was on a street, but kind of a rooftop. It seemed to be night because it was dark like the night. There were some people walking, including a niece of mine. I just remember looking at the people passing by.Would be grateful if you could interpret for me.

Thank you for sharing your dream with us. Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation. I believe that the “key” (pun-intended 🙂 )to the interpretation of your dream lies here in your own words “One of them I knew from my childhood years. Please look up the meaning of this childhood friend’s name or reflect on a unique characteristic of this friend. I suspect that your father in the dream represents God, Your Heavenly Father. You are in a new season and you trying to see things from God’s perspective but are not very clear. Please pray that the Holy Spirit gives you clarity regarding what the two “keys” represent. You are yet to use one of them.
