I was talking to God and it was like something dropped down on my shoulder like a cloak kind of clothe and when it was like if it was wrapped around my shoulders so like it was secure and wouldn’t fell off and there was a strong on each side near neck area.I don’t know what it is for me to do,I think it may be a mantle covering call.thank you

I believe you’re on the right track and yes, indeed a garment of authority has been bestowed upon you. Do you by chance remember the colour and material of the cloak? I pray that the Holy Spirit gives you clarity regarding what this blessing authority, or gift of ministry is in Jesus’ Almighty name I pray, amen.
