The dream was very short, it was almost like the Lord just wanted me to see this part.
I dreamed of a black liquid dropping out of my private part, and in the dreaming a voice was telling me you should have gone to the hospital, now lets go to the hospital and it ended there.Can you tell me what could this mean?

God may be trying to alert you to a pending medical issue particularly since the voice said you should have gone to the hospital. If you can go for a health check. It’s probably something that is small and preventable if you deal with it early. Also look over any products you use over that area or your lifestyle. Pray about it for more specifics from the Lord
