Hi
I’ve prayed the cutting of soul ties but I keep dreaming of the guy I used to go out with. So this morning I dream that I was going to go out with him, so he was waiting for him in a public space (not undercover) parking place, he’s inside the car on his phone, so I approached his side I tapped on his window to let him know I’ve arrived and got inside his car and hugged him. At the moment it’s like a mixtures of feeling came to mind between us (not sure what they were but more so how we used to spend time with each other). Then I woke up.
Prior to this dream it’s like I just felt it a release (somewhat I think it’s sexual one).
Could you please guide me know as to what I’m doing wrong?

Hi, seeing an ex or past relationship may not necessarily be literal but symbolic of an old habit or something you used to do or even an old pattern of thinking. In the case of your dream where the encounter happened in public. may mean it is something that is more out in the open, something you’re not necessarily trying to hid. And it may be something you want to change but also it might serve you in some way since you had mixed feelings about it.
This passage of scripture came to mind.
Romans 7:15-20 (NLT)
15 I don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. 16 But if I know that what I am doing is wrong, this shows that I agree that the law is good. 17 So I am not the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it.18 And I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I can’t. 19 I want to do what is good, but I don’t. I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. 20 But if I do what I don’t want to do, I am not really the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it.
This may or may not resonate with you, but I’d encourage you to take this to the Lord in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to confirm it to you and/or bring to mind what the old habit may be.
