Vehicle collision with jogger

I was in a car at a full stop, at an intersection, on the right side of the road, waiting to proceed straight through the intersection. At the same intersection, there was a jogger on my right who was jogging in place (at a standstill) waiting to cross the road in front of me. Once I accelerated to proceed through the intersection, the jogger jogs onto road in front of my vehicle, which caused me to have to break suddenly. I woke up abruptly before the collision.

Extra info:
– It was a sunny day, and while waiting to proceed through the intersection, I had my right hand on the steering wheel and left arm elbow relaxed on the window sill of the vehicle. Vehicle seemed nice and I believe may have been a red color.
– The jogger was male, I didn’t see details of his face (perhaps faceless) and I believe he was wearing cream/white t-shirt, shorts and shoes.

(Extra context: I do not own a car, nor do I jog or know any joggers. So this feels unrelated to my life. At the time I had this dream, I was half asleep in a moving subway train with many stops… so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with my dream, but when I woke up, I felt quite disturbed and felt like this was a warning)

Do you feel like you are at a standstill currently? what has caused you to have to take a break suddenly? When I think of intersections, I often think of crossroads. There’s an important decision that has to be made.
