GuestI’m in my car and my car is parked. It’s the car I have right now a 2014 blue ford mustang convertable. The hood is up. I am parked and when I go out of my car an enemy from across the street tries to attack me and I have to run to my car and lock the doors, then drive away.
I hate this dream as it is really scarey. The other day I had parked my car and forgot about the enemy across the street and was going to go for a walk, but sure enough, as soon as he noticed I was parked there he came running to attack me and I had to run to my car so I could be safe.
As this is a reaccuring dream, the other day I woke up as I was running to the car, so I don’t even know if I made it. All I know is that this enemy is really evil and will hurt me. I do not know why he hates me so much?
But what does it mean? So far I have always been able to get to my car and lock the door, just before he gets there, even with him trying to open the locked door. Once, when I was in the car I was so scared that I could not even find the lock on the door and just hoped I had pressed it because it was so close. I usually wake up at this point.
What does this dream mean?
ps I am an intersessor for the Lord and have been one for a while now. I also sometimes move in the gifts of prophetic, yet I’m not sure what this dream means.

GuestCindy,
The good thing is that you can see the enemy when he comes. As an intercessor, this is a great thing! You are able to be on the wall and sound the alarm when you see the enemy – always being aware and alert, watching as well as praying. Also, you have a blue convertible. You have this in real life, but it is also showcased in the dream. Blue in the Old Testament (Numbers) represents the presence of the Holy Spirit. You run to your vehicle (in this case God, who is the rock, Deut 32:4; and the Name of Jesus (the name of the Lord), which is a strong tower and the righteous can run into it and be safe (Prov 18:10). You knew that when you ran to your vehicle, you would be safe from the enemy. The car was your hiding place. Continue to use the name of the Lord against the wiles/attacks of the enemy. Running from the enemy or an unknown person, is a common dream. In this case, you know who the enemy is and you run. I want to encourage you to also STAND. Use wisdom of course when dealing with the enemy – do I run, do I use scripture, do I fast, do I pray etc. Know that God is your hiding place, your fortress and also your strength. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might (Eph 6:10) and put on the whole armor of God. As an intercessor, you cannot be afraid. You are to stand in the gap for others.
Blessings,
