Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to show you what you are consuming that is not good for you. The “someone” is the Holy Spirit warning you that you are consuming something that is not good. Pray and ask for insight to make adjustments that will last. It might be something that you are actually eating, reading, or watching, hearing, conversations, or it might be thought patterns. It might also be a lifestyle adjustment that needs to happen.

It all depends on the context of the dream. What are you eating? Eating in dreams is not always bad. In addition, it sounds like from your comment “someone said that’s not good”. My understanding of the “someone” in your post is an individual from your waking life. Is my comprehension accurate?
