I have had scenarios like that before especially at night in the mid of my sleep.
Things that helped me overcome
Know your God is capable of anything, know you are a child of God and that gives you the righteousness to sleep well and live well without the attacks winning over you.
Second, the verse Numbers 23:19-23, helped me a lot so whenever I would start feeling the attacks I would proclaim this word.
Third, use the blood of Jesus for mercy, protection and victory against the demonic attacks.
Get other times to fast too so you can break the altars, covenants and any right satan had over you to obtain the right to attack you.
