Hi Crystal,
A swimsuit is the least amount of clothing one can possibly wear and still be considered clothed in public. However, this dream is telling you that perhaps your boundaries are not quite as healthy as they should be. What you consider to be modest (at least at society’s minimum standard), others have a different perspective on things and are even telling you how they see things. You are revealing more about yourself than you probably should be – particularly in relationships with men (or with those in middle eastern cultures if you have connections with them in particular.)

Modesty is a measure sometimes of how a person values their privacy or their personal worth. Perhaps you may find it helpful to pursue more wholesome relationships where you don’t feel tempted to expose yourself even unwittingly. God has not called us to act as the world does, but to pursue purity. Song of Solomon 8:8-10 The Shulamite’s brothers are speaking:
8 We have a little sister,
And she has no breasts.
What shall we do for our sister
In the day when she is spoken for?
9 If she is a wall,
We will build upon her
A battlement of silver;
And if she is a door,
We will enclose her
With boards of cedar.

The Shulamite says,
10 I am a wall,
And my breasts like towers;
Then I became in his eyes
As one who found peace.

Therefore, this tells us that we are to be like a wall which will have silver built on it which means resulting in being of honest value and having honour, impenetrable but full of peace. The door means anyone can come and go as they please and the brothers say they will board her up with cedar (a preserving wood) to enclose her and stop that from happening.

I pray that you will reevaluate your relationships and how you maintain your personal boundaries. I pray that you see the value in being a wall with silver in Jesus name, Amen.
