My friend had a dream about me. In the dream he said we were in bed and I was pregnant. He said I told him I love him but the baby I was carrying was not his. I found this dream to be very strange.

Perhaps your friend was wishing for much more than an intimate friendship with you. The dream showed/confirmed to him that your interests (e.g., love) is directed elsewhere. May the Holy Spirit give you all the strength to direct your love interests appropriately and according to His Perfect Will, in Jesus’s Almighty Name I pray, Amen!
