Hello there,

Please pray for Mark H. He’s a great writer and we have worked together on a script of his life. It’s the story of a man dealing with alcoholism who overcomes the addiction and finds a purposeful life. The one problem with his script is the inappropriate use of God’s name throughout. I do not like this and I will be telling him shortly. We’ve worked together for a year now and I’ve loved working with him, but if he isn’t willing to remove the name Jesus and God throughout, I will leave the project. It’s a great story with a very positive message, but I will not support it unless these changes are made. Please pray that Mark is fully accepting of changing these words so that God’s name is not misused in the script. Pray that he is not frustrated or argumentative when I bring it up and is willing to appreciate how important it is for me that God’s name is used respectfully. I believe in his story and the good it will do, so I’m hoping he will be willing to do this. Otherwise, I will leave the project. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen. Thank you. God bless.
