We desperately want to sell our home and move closer to our church. We currently live 40 minutes away from church each direction. If we are able to sell our home and move closer, we could potentially be within 5 minutes of church. We have been members since January, we are in a life group with people we dearly love doing life with, we volunteer with the marriage ministry ReEngage, and we just got home from a two week mission trip to Ghana Africa. We want to stay plugged in and connected to church and it would make life so much easier with two home schooled kiddos if we didn’t have to drive so far each time we go to church. We have gotten a verbal offer on our home, but the new buyers are having cold feet about signing the contract and continue to ask for more from us and continue to want to lower the price. We have found a home we love and put a contingent offer on, but if the buyers of our current home back out or do not sign by tomorrow, we will lose that house to another buyer. Please please please pray that our family can find peace and patience in His timing, not our own. We know that “God works through all things for the good of those who love Him.” Romans 8:28. We want to have peace in knowing that He is in control of it all and that it is never too late for Him to turn it all around. Please pray that we will continue to have trust and faith in His timing.
