Hello everyone, I pray all is well.
Please allow me to share my testimony with you.I hope this will help someone.
The Lord gave me this assignment to provide affordable housing and render care for some of the grandmas in my community. He would tell me where.( Grandmas are very dear to my ❤️).
I achieved my Administrative SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) certification which is required by AHCA.
At the time I lived in a gated community so I had to move into a non gated community. The Lord instructed me to sell my house and move into a community He had chosen.
I commissioned a realtor ( recommended by my pastor) to find me a home in a community where the Lord told me to go.
My home was placed on the market in February 2023.The contract was for six months. In that six months there eighty six (86) views.( Internet, Open houses)Many likes but no offers.Prospective buyers were denied by the banks.This is when I saw it was all God.
The clock is ticking and my realtor is obviously nervous.I smiled and told her that I was not worried I trust God.
The realtor made suggestions as taking an equity loan, WOW!!!!
This would mean I would have two mortgages until my house is sold.Lower the price WOW!!!! Move into the hood or another city How low can you go ???? Even my family thought I was not right in the head. I told all that I knew what God told me and that is what I will do. I stood my ground. A realtor friend told me where I wanted to go was not healthy that the water there was king some of the residents ill. My response was the same
I am going where the Lord sent me.
The contract came to an end and no house. The Lord had me extend the contract for 2 weeks.I told the realtor now the Lord will release the house to me.I knew that it was the Lord who was resisting and not releasing the house.(Balaam and the donkey. Numbers22:21-39) Again I said.I trust God and refuse to go against what I know are God’s purposes for me.
A few days before the contract ended the Lord to me to look on ZILLOW and there was the house with everything I needed to fulfill God’s assignment for His purpose. A buyer came forth. The seller for my new home accepted my offer.
It’s three months now since I moved into my house.
These six months were very difficult. My faith in the Lord was tested to beyond, but I stood My ground on mountain faith.
My realtor told me ,”I witnessed God’s favor on you.”
To God be all the glory. Stand your ground and trust Him and see what He will do.
John2:5.His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever He tells you to do “.
I wait on the Lord to bring me the grandmas
