I’ve been praying for the world and my families protection lately and yesterday I had a sleep paralysis dream, I saw the devils shadow on my bedroom wall so I started praying and rebuking him then another shadow appeared bigger than the devils shadow and every time I rebuked the devil the bigger shadow would hit the devils shadow until he was gone, after I saw a cow a healthy cow eating grass straw, then I woke up.

Were you asleep when you saw the shadows? -
Sleep paralysis is when your body is paralyzed but your mind is awake…you can’t move but you can still hear and see what’s going on around you kinda like awake and sleep at the same time it’s a phenomenon

You say you saw the shadows on your bedroom walls.
Or do you believe you were seeing into the spiritual realm? -
I believe it is the spiritual realm like night vision but they’re part of a spiritual attack also because the devil uses sleep paralysis as an attack to put fear in the person. But during some sleep paralysis episodes I’ve also had God show me things and send me messages or warnings.
