Dream or vision? I don’t know. Asleep lying on my side in bed..my face turned upward toward the East.Flashing lightening continously flashing on my face..I wasn’t afraid.(In the natural I usually dislike lightening and I will do anything so as not to see it if its lightening outside.) Then I see a man being resuscitated by CPR. I didnt know this man.He was being worked on by ambulance workers.Then I thought his brother should know about this. I saw his brother,who I really dont know either, in a silver van like auto driving down the street.
I wake up.
I could feel the presence and anointing of God today cursing through my body. -

Please take everything that I share to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.I think that this might have been a vision because of your description of “lightening.” Perhaps, you did see or will see someone being revived. Keep your eyes and ears open!

Amazing and beautiful dream!
I would say if you are asleep it is a dream and not a vision.
Visions are given to us while we are awake.
Mine play out like an old time movie projector.
I’m sure everyone is different though. But that is how you can tell the difference.
