I dream that my husband is cheating on me, caught in the act and has no remorse for doing so.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that he is cheating on you in the natural. He could be cheating on Christ or God could be showing you cheating on Christ. This is like the book of Hosea and he adulterous wife.
Unless you are a literal dreamer. Most people dream symbolic and not literally.
