Greetings in the name of Jesus.

I just came back to testify of the goodness of God, I have been in the same position for over 8 years. It has been difficult to move. The first few years were a learning period however I reached a point where I felt stagnant. Tried applying for work externally nothing came to fruition. It was such a difficult time, but kept the faith, kept praying and trusting GOD. I was even moved to a different department due to restructuring , same role but different offices. My manager was given a new role, she eventually resigned. I had a new manager, she also moved to a new role, got another manager. When the prophetic word that was sent out speaking about July and August being a period of making moves. I went into the prayer closet and asked God to move me to something new that will develop and grow me career wise. I sent our company Director a request for the opportunity to move to a new role. I got a response the following day to say they will look into it as everything was frozen for the rest of the year. I kept praying in tongues asking God to intervene. A week or two later I was requested to submit my career plan, and it went all quiet after the submission. I went into a mode of thanksgiving, continually praying and thanking God. I sometimes felt discouraged because of the lack of feedback but kept reminding myself that God is faithful and in control. It was a battle, the words on the prophetic word that July and August are window periods to move(paraphrasing), I felt convicted to reached out again on mail and requested for feedback. A meeting for discussing the request was then sent back to me, BUT when I tell you that GOD just accelerated everything. I received a call a couple of days later to say THE REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED!!! there is no need to meet for the discussion. As I’m writing this testimony, I have signed my new contract and am starting in my new role from the 1st of September 2023.

Doing the same thing year in year out for over 8 years was hard but God’s timing is perfect.
