Black liquid

The dream was very short, it was almost like the Lord just wanted me to see this part.
I dreamed of a black liquid dropping out of my private part, and in the dreaming a voice was telling me you should have gone to the hospital, now lets go to the hospital and it ended there.

Can you tell me what could this mean?
