Jesus I love you. I appreciate you so much. It’s hard staying positive in a cold job like I have. I gave a lot to my job and all they do is mistreat me. I just got treated poorly with false accusations from Gina, Daniel, Luke, Lawanna, Nikkol, Debora, and Brianna. I am in tears now. To be told constantly how you are failing at meeting expectations at your job when you work your butt off hurts. They are so racist and no one cares. They have been trying to get me to quit since I started. Now they will fire me and embarrass me the way they have been wanting. I was in the meeting proving all of my effort and they attacked everything. I am sick to my stomach of them. I can’t take it anymore. I am in tears yet again right now and was told that I am still not doing enough. I have sacrificed everything for these mean people. I am on a performance improvement plan and they continue to try to make sure that I fail. I see them make mistakes daily and hide their mistakes. One cost the site a recall and still was promoted. They all come across as though they are perfect when all they do is dump their work on me. I get to perform projects with no support or help. Then when I ask for help I am told well at your position you’re supposed to figure it out. Jesus I am fed up today I truly need an accelerated miracle. I have been applying constantly for a new job. I pray that I am able to get one quickly so I can continue to provide for my child. Today I had to sit in a meeting virtually while my daughter who got out of school early witnessed the attack. It broke my heart as a mom for her to witness me breaking down and crying during the meeting. My daughter looked at me with such sadness. She knew it was nothing she could do. I feel like a true failure. All the while Gina just continued to attack and attack. Father please please get me a new job away from this toxic environment. I plead and beg you to help me today. I appreciate that you are giving me a better opportunity.
