  I dreamt I was vomiting lots of blood, lol hen I looked at it, it was about 3 tins of chopped tomatoes worth! Anyone any ideas?

  Thank you for sharing your dream with us. It is a very interesting imagery. Please take everything I say to the Holy Spirit as He Alone gives the accurate interpretation.
  
  Ask the Lord if there are three areas in your life that you feel like you have/had to be sacrificial in. What comes to mind is Leviticus 17:11. In addition, have a physical checkup.
