This is a one week fast for 2026. The fast begins 5 (five) days after you sign up.
Here’s how this will work.
- When you sign up you will receive a welcome email, please check your spam folder to be sure you receive all the emails.
- The Fast is one week long and begins 5 (five) days after you sign up at the same time that you signed up. Therefore, sign up close to the time that you want to receive the fasting emails. This will give you the time you need to gather the items for the fast.
- During the fast, every day you will receive the email for that day which will have a prayer focus and scripture meditation.
- Each day will be different, and the prayer and scriptures need to be done in the order you receive them for greater results. We also give you the opportunity to submit your dreams for interpretation. God speaks to us so much through dreams and there are times when we need help knowing exactly what He is saying and we are here to help you with that.
- By the end of the fast you should notice:
- Clarity
- A sense of freedom and peace in your mind, body, spirit and soul. It is a complete detox.
- Direction on how to move forward in 2026, not from us but from God since the whole purpose of the fast is to get you more focused on Him.
- And the best part, answered prayers! You will learn some prayer strategies on how to get answers and this will result in massive breakthroughs to your prayers.
- Cost: Being willing and obedient to follow what the Lord will reveal to you during this process. Showing up every day to do the exercise and read the Bible verses. Shutting off the social media, TV and any other outlets that will bring the evening news, fear or distraction into your atmosphere. This one week break from the media will allow you to hear clearly. Other than that, it’s free.

A few things to have on hand to start the fast:
- Your bible (physical & digital copy, if you have it)
- Notebook & pen for journaling
- An audio recording device (most phones have one just be sure you know how to use it)
- Anointing oil
- Communion elements We take communion every day during the fast. The type of fast recommended:
Most people do a Daniel Fast reference Daniel 1:12. You can find more information about this type if fast by clicking here. If you more experienced at doing a Daniel Fast, perhaps consider doing a juice fast.
Please do what is best for you and your health, consult your doctor. If you know you cannot do this, then do your best.

I am so grateful that I was able to partake in this fast. It was at times challenging but the Lord sent help. I have now so much clarity in my mind and the pain and fatigue I was constantly feeling in my body is gone. I have renewed hope and feel so much closer to the Lord!

Thanks for your obedience and dedication to the Kingdom of God. This fast was one if the best for me. I started seeing myself immediately day two of the fast. I started repenting for the strongholds that I wasn’t even aware of that had me in disobedience to God! The teaching on the strongman was eye opening also! I’m going back and save the video teachings to review them regularly. The fast brought truth to the scripture that “my people perish for a lack of knowledge.” The devil likes to operate in hidden states and it takes truth like this to expose his works! Thank you so much for all that you do! May the Lord continue to bless you, your family, and your ministry beyond what your mind can imagine. My journey through fasting started with you, when I started to seek God’s Kingdom, and this has literally changed my life and God showed up in many ways. My strong holds came out more in this fast and I lose being the victim and I start taking responsibility for my thoughts and what and who I allow in my life… it’s been a tough year for me in 2025 and it made me see why through this fast… thank-you for being our instruments of finding God and teaching us on how to walk in obedience to His word and how to hold ourselves accountable to God… May He continue shining His face upon your ministry and may God bless you abundantly… 🙏🏽

Thank you for this wonderful ministry! With this fast I had a difficulty with identifying strongholds. I did identify 2, fear and decrease faith that I’m working on. This fast has given me peace, calmness, that no matter how today or the future seems it’s going to be ok because Gods with me.

I hadn’t intended on doing it because I had something else going on but I jumped on board anyway and it was TRANSFORMATIONAL. I have been going through an ordeal for the last seven years and it was here that I discovered that I was caught up in some strongholds that I’ve been carrying around for half my life from trauma. Not everything is a demon. I just didn’t want to acknowledge who I am in Christ. I’m a Blood bought believer but I couldn’t wrap my mind around claiming the beautiful promises of God and most importantly who He says I am! Once I understood that by claiming these things and making them PERSONAL automatically put me in agreement with Christ and weakened the power of the stronghold on me. Hallelujah! It will take awhile but this insight and means of getting free at last is unbelievable.
Thank you for your obedience to the call of God for the generations. This fast was unique and very refreshing, especially because my daughters participated in the fast with me. I sent the invitation, and they signed in. Amazingly, we were all refreshed. We thank God for this time and year going forth, as we are changed. The exercises were very on-point with what we are going through, and the last exercise we saw deliverances just after the prayers and Holy Communion.

This corporate fast always brings new insights about old entrenched thought patterns(stronghols) and behaviors and specifics about God’s Way and Power to overcome.

This fast has been so different but refreshing fo r i connect with our lord.And my life has been changed forever,what i had swept under the carpet God made it resurface. Through my dreams the lordl the highlighted what was weighing me down and in my visions the lord gave me a message to encouraged someone. Next I want to increase the number of people to invite because wouldn’t it be nice if all went to heaven .

This fast was amazing, extraordinary and so needed in my life right now! I have been believing the Lord for several things over the past few years and 2024, I begin to see them come to fruition. I was steadfast no matter what it looked like but yet some familiar things still creeped back in, however, in 2025, i was steadfast that no matter what I believed the Lord no matter what. Unlike others, i didn’t say, i will be so glad when 2025 is over, but instead in my heart , I am thankful for the lessons I learned so I could move on in 2026. This fast as shown me a lot about me, my heart and my walk with the Father. The compassion and overwhelming love, especially on days 5 and 6! I couldn’t stop crying and worshipping the Lord. All I can say, Is I am so thankful for you for being a part of my life and May the Blessings of the Lord make Missionaries of Prayer rich and add no sorrow with you all.

This has been my best fast since I started 3 years ago. Nicole guided me through dream interpretation and i have grown so much with the exercises. My attitude shifted, I didn’t realize that my strongholds(and they were many) were holding back my blessings. I am hyper aware of my thoughts and conversations now. I am not the same person who started the fast on Monday. May I also say that there needs to be more video teachings going forward? It is so practical and it hits home quite quickly and differently. Thank you MOP for your gift of exposing the enemy for who is he is and how defeated he is in the face of sacred scripture. I am now doing affirmations first thing in the morning and it impacts the rest of my day. I will come back with a testimony. God bless you
This has been a fast that was very much needed for me. It has helped me with things I have been needing healing for and that has given me the understanding on the battle I have faced. It has been very good for me- encouraging and a great blessing as I go

Wow, ive got so much to say, but let me use words that really resonates with me in this fast, deep and self reflecting, there is nothing casual about this fast, my whole life at the moment is upside down, but im plundering through because I am reminded of who I am and to whom I belong, so let me repeat, DEEP and SELF-REFLECTING. The fast this year was so different for me. It has elements of the things I’ve been praying God would heal me from or work with me on. It’s been a major blessing! I’ve learned a lot and the Lord has shown me so much this fast about myself, and others around me. I’m so blessed by it although I was challenged. It’s been great! God Bless
