I believe the Lord is telling you that there is a problem with your walk. You have a problem with a critical part required to walk out your destiny with him. I hope you know what the problem is.

What He is telling you by this dream is that He is able to fix that and it is through the blood of Jesus. You need to plead the blood of Jesus over this area of your life that is hindering your progress in the Lord.
