Over six years ago while I was pregnant with my first child, I had a dream which I have never have fully I understood. I dreamed I was walking out in the park with my dad (Though I never saw him or heard his voice). We came to a place that was like the middle of a small dry creek bed or ravine in the forested part of the park, and we sat. In front of us I saw several wild animals including a mountain lion in the far distance, an orange tiger with a cub, and suddenly I realized that there was also a female white tiger stepping down from the raised edge of the creek bed right next to me to my right. I was nervous and asked my dad what to do. He didn’t say anything which for a second I was worried about, but then I realized that he was telling me to be still and quiet. I decided I would just do what my dad did. Then this beautiful and powerful white tiger gently laid its large head on my lap. It was such a vivid dream that I still remember the warmth and weight of the animal as I gently stroked her head in my lap. Overall the dream left me feeling comforted and empowered.
