I was in my car at the back of a thrift store, it looked liked Pawsbilities a local thrift store here. I got out of my car to tell them I wouldn’t be able to volunteer that day (I’ve never volunteered here), and when I got out, an older lady started rejoicing when she saw me and took me by the shoulder to an assembly line of workers sorting things and pricing them. She said “Look, she’s here! We are glad you’re here!” Right away I got to work thinking well I might as well help. I stood beside a lady who was pricing ceramics, and I took the priced ceramic down to its area and carefully laid it down. One by one the volunteers begin to leave. I was then left alone.
