I dreamed I saw my 20yr old son ( who is away at a school) standing in a circle outside in a neighborhood street throwing a football with some of his old high school friends. He realized I was there and walked away from his friends to leave with me. I was happy to see him and he seemed happy as well. He had on a dark red jacket that was buttoned all the way up and when I looked around at his friends they were all wearing the same color jacket.

I believe your dream means that your son and his high school friends are under the Lord’s protection and care. The red jackets represent the blood of Jesus and your son’s jacket being buttoned all the way up represents him being completely shielded with the breastplate of righteousness. Him leaving his friends to follow after you represents his alignment with you and his following after your guidance.
